Question:	Genovoese basil pod did not germinate what would I do to replace it
Answer:	Personally, I’d reach out to AeroGarden. They may send replacement pod. Have to make sure you’re following the instructions carefully. Add water when needed. Add plant flow when needed. I set reminders. Also need to adjust the lighting as needed. My basil produced basil leaves the size of my hand. Then I forgot to add more water to the reservoir one day and accidentally killed off 3 plants.
Question:	Did any of the pods got some mold on it
Answer:	This is actually addressed in the directions. It's normal to have growth on the pods and a positive sign! Hang in there if you see this. It means your plant should soon sprout!
Question:	The lights on the control panel are on continuously, is that normal
Answer:	Yes it is! The "Add Plant Food" light is green, the "Add Water" light is blue, and the "Light On/Off" is white. When an action is required, the light of that button will blink red.
Question:	Do these actually grow herbs or do they just kinda die slower
Answer:	They grow beautiful herbs. I had so many I couldn’t use them all. The only herbs I had trouble with are curly parsley and cilantro. I am trying them again now but too early to see if they will grow as well as the others. The lettuces are phenomenal. I can’t use them all. I have 4 AeroGardens. 2 of the 3 pod variety and 2 of the 6 pod variety. They all work wonderfully.

Answer:	I know this will not answer your question. But I thought I would give it a shot. I bought the game to donate to the Ronald McDonald's house. Before giving it to them I did open it and make sure it was worthy. The circular hole is approximately 5 1/2 inches diameter. This is from memory. The quality of the product is really good and worth the price. Someone questioned whether new bean bags could be purchased, I would suggest making your own out of dried oeas/beans/rice. The bag versus the hole is a challenge, but not too difficult for children.

Answer:	The boards are NOT exactly 2'x4', but are still considered Regulation Size by the ACO.ACO Approved Equipment Specs:Hardwood plywood playing surface measuring 47.5" to 48" x 23.5" to 24".The playing surface has a minimum thickness of 5/8" with cross-section backing, or 3/4" with or without cross-section backing.Each Board in a set should weigh no less than 25 lbs.Each hole is 6" diameter, centered 9" from the top of the board and 12" from each side edge.The front of the board is 3" to 4" from the ground to the top of the playing surface.The back of the board is 12" from the ground to the top of the playing surface.The playing surface should be finished - sanded to a very smooth texture. Question:	Can this be used for African violets
Answer:	I have an over the door ironing board for several years but this cover did not fit. To hold the cover in place there is a Velcro band and it was not long enough to go around the board. The cover did fit but because of the band the cover would not stay on. Sorry

Answer:	It was supposed to fit a 42" long, 14" wide over the door ironing board....It was at least an inch too short. I think most over the door ironing boards are 42" long, so I do not think this cover would fit ANY of them.
Question:	If you grow herbs, won’t they get too close to the light? Which herbs grow beet with this light
Answer:	I don't know the weight, but holds several detergent bottles, Clorox bottles, and other misc. items without a problem.
Question:	why can't I use well water
Answer:	I would estimate the weight capacity to be approximately 25 pounds.

Light

For many indoor growers, some form of artificial light will come into play (more on that later), but for maximum efficiency and sustainability, utilize natural light as much as possible. As a general rule, south-facing windows are preferred because they allow for abundant light, but depending on where you’re located in the country, this could be a benefit or a drawback. Light streams in, but heat does, too. Placing some plants in direct sunlight during the hottest part of a summer day, especially without proper airflow, can cook them instead of bolstering growth. When selecting a site for growing, look for one that allows for natural light, but can also be shaded in some way. This might be as easy as picking a window that has an awning outside that blocks the sun during the middle of the day, or placing plants on a shelf that gets indirect sunlight.

Step One:

Measure out about 7 to 8 cups of indoor potting soil or compost mix, and about 2 cups of vermiculite.

Step Two:

Blend the dry ingredients thoroughly with your hands.

Step Three:

Add water; depending on how dry the soil is, you’ll probably need at least 2 to 3 cups of water, but add it gradually and mix it in until you can squeeze a handful and have a few drops (not a stream) dribble out.

Step Four:

Test the consistency of the growing medium. It should clump together without too much pressure, but fall apart once you let go of it.

Answer:	Hello Adam,The target boards are made of MDF wood and the bean bags are made of durable polyester fabric with all-weather filler. I would say the entire set is water 'resistant' but not necessarily 'waterproof.' The game would be okay if it got wet but I would not leave it outside in the rain for an extended period of time.
Question:	Are these made of real wood or cheap partial board
Answer:	Hello, This game is made from a MDF wood construction. Manufactured wood is stronger than partial board, but not as strong as solid wood. Hope this information helps. Thanks!
