Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.

Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	I have another brand of a defuser that plugs into the wall. I LOVE it. I will be buying one of these to replace a wall spray. The wall spray tends to leave a sticky mist on the hard surface and I also think the smell is too strong and then dissipates. The spray is too heavy a scent to begin with, then it disappears. Answer:	No, but they get stuck on a regular basis. This makes it difficult to wring out. I don't believe I would order again because of that 1 issue. Other than that WORKS GREAT!!

Answer:	Yes, the mophead can be removed, the plastic attachment insert removed from that, and the mophead itself can be machine washed. I switch out and wash mine, with my bleach-it cleaning rag load, every week or so: when they still look gray after rinsing. I reinsert the plastic attachment insert and hang it to dry rather than putting it in the dryer, but that may just be my personal preference. I found no instructions saying they couldn't be machine dried.

Answer:	I'm a grandmother and I've washed a lot of clothes that got dirty from food, paint, football, baseball, etc. I use Tide bc I've tried so many other brands and they either don't clean as well or someone in the family gets a rash or is sensitive to the other brands. Answer:	Generally we don’t recommend using bleach. It tends to rust the handles pretty quickly. If you want to disinfectant your floors, you can use a combination of lemon juice and vinegar for a gentler disinfectant. A few drops of tea tree oil+ water is another natural disinfectant as well. If you do use bleach, use a small amount in your mop water, and make sure to dry the handle thoroughly after use as bleach is corrosive to steel.

Answer:	No, this bucket has a wringer attachment that allows you to manually twist and wring the mop out. There is no foot pedal, and the way the Spin 'n' Go mops are built, for the flat "spinning away" of the water, it would not even fit into this wringer. The O-Cedar brand comparative to the Spin 'n' Go is called the EasyWring, so if you're able to find that bucket it might work. This one positively would not.

Answer:	I believe after doing my research on the chemicals that contain in this stuff I find it to be very unsafe to one's self....I have tried contacting this company and left a number and to no avail to responds back because I wanted to inform them that the chemicals in their product I found after research is not healthy ....but this is my opinion to each their own me I would not own this product when it contains sodium lauryl sulfate...methylisothiazolinone...bezisothiazolinone...and a few other chemicals which if you go and do some research you will fine like I did this is not healthy ...plus I went to look up for seventh generation to see if there was any problems with passing the toxically and there was ....so for me I shall pass until I can find something much more safer.....like I have said to each their own if they want to use this product but for me no and after not getting a response back made me wonder as well ....Please do your research as I have and then you can truly make your decision ...sodium lauryl sulfate let alone is in most tooth paste and that's not a good thing as well with that being said ....I did find a holistic way with out harmful chemicals for tooth paste coconut oil combine equal parts with baking soda amazing results.....Still searching for a chemical free safe product its out there just have to do more research....

Answer:	To remove. Push down, unscrew locking cap and lift to free top of mo head. Slide down off ratchet, past handgrip to slip off end of handle. To replace. While holding locking cap, drape the mop head over the cup. Twist cap into the cup until locked. Pull bottom of mop head down to handgrip and secure zip tie.
Question:	Can bleach be used with this mop
Answer:	Yes - we usually get about 10 machine washes out of one and then the fasteners start to fray. Great mop - cleans fast and thorough. We love them!
