Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	There is only one pail. It is not divided into sides. Works just like any other mop bucket.

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	Please, PLEASE DON'T USE MURPHY'S OIL SOAP on any wood floor. I own a flooring store so I have experience with ton's of different types of wood flooring. It will damage the finish on the wood after using over time. It will start lifting the finish off the floor. It will also start leaving a residue after a few times. If it is furniture - use Murphy's oil soap, but not on wood floors! Use only what the wood floor manufacturer recommends. If it's raw wood floors and finished in the home you can use a very small amount (2 Tablespoons) to a gallon of water. Use the smallest amount of water possible and make sure it is dry in a few minutes. Dry it off with a dry mop head if needed. Do not let the water sit there.

Answer:	I’ve been using white vinegar mixed with water- read somewhere this was a good solution- it’s been working well for me. With 3 grandchildren; 1, 3, 5 and the 1yo crawling, i mop Evert night with The vingers solutiion and Sunday’s I use a regular Tile cleaner. Vinegar solution is 1tbsp per canister of water. Others have used 1tsp per canister. You can play around with your own mixture; whatever works for you.

Answer:	The pads are 16" by 6". Yes you can buy replacement pads. I bought some on Amazon. The extra ones I bought are a little different material than the ones that came with the mop, but are the same size and style, and are still made for the vinyl flooring I have.

Answer:	Yes you can use tap hot water

Answer:	Maybe 6 oz. Not very much, but it makes the mop lighter.

Answer:	It’s almost like a Velcro that it attaches to, not like the holders of a swiffer mop where you wrap it over and press it in. With my experience, it works with nearly any reusable pad but since the bottom is hard plastic instead of rubber or soft material, a thin disposable pad most likely will not work well at all. Question:	Is there an easy way to remove the cleaning liquid bottle? It is so difficult to pull out
Answer:	I had to buy new pads a few weeks ago and I couldn't find any for sale from SEVENMAX. I bought Turbo Mop pads on Amazon instead and I'm glad I did. They're even thicker than the original ones and they fit great on the mop.

Answer:	Ratchet is ABSOLUTELY no problem. Its the rope that tangles.

Question:	Will the rope on the mop fall off
Answer:	No, but they get stuck on a regular basis. This makes it difficult to wring out. I don't believe I would order again because of that 1 issue. Other than that WORKS GREAT!!
Question:	Is the mop head removable and washable
Answer:	Yes, the mophead can be removed, the plastic attachment insert removed from that, and the mophead itself can be machine washed. I switch out and wash mine, with my bleach-it cleaning rag load, every week or so: when they still look gray after rinsing. I reinsert the plastic attachment insert and hang it to dry rather than putting it in the dryer, but that may just be my personal preference. I found no instructions saying they couldn't be machine dried.
