Answer:	There are 32 lines. 31 of those lines writable, you can write on the 32nd line but it is at the bottom of the page. Lines are spaced about 1/4in or 6mm. Hope that helps.

Answer:	No, it is 125 pages, 249 writing pages.
Question:	Are the dots shown in the photo accurate? They seem very large, dark and with large spacing in the photo
Answer:	It is an illustration, not a photo, and it is very inaccurate! I think it would be hard to show in an actual photo, especially in the small Amazon product picture size. The dots are very small, of a mid gray color. They are sufficiently visible to guide you if you want it, but not so pronounced that they inhibit use for a freehand sketch. Definitely designed by someone with a keen visual sense. I use mine for business notes and related sketches. I highly recommend this notebook!
Question:	How many dots per page? one answer said 32 down and another was 39. Neither addressed how many columns of dots. Really hoping for 35+ x
Answer:	I bought an olive colored one two years ago and it had 38 dots from top to bottom on the page (making 37 rows). I bought a red one last year and it had 39 dots (38 rows). I bought an olive one again this year and it had 38 dots again. The index pages are also inconsistent.

Question:	Could you use permanent pens like sharpies in this to make a template-- then fill it in and erase it with the damp cloth? Or would everything erase
Answer:	I used a fine tip sharpie to make a template with lines and check boxes, and it worked perfectly. Whatever was drawn with the sharpie stays when I wipe off the frixion pen.
Question:	How does this notebook work for left handed people? Will I end up smearing my notes as I write
Answer:	I am left handed and it does smear if you're not careful. I found that using the 0.05 mm pen refills instead of the 0.07 mm pen it comes with helps a lot, since they put less ink on the page so it dries faster. I had to change the setting in the app from pen and ink to pencil to get a better scan of the age when using the finer point pens.
Question:	Does the scan of the page allow for editing (like text in Word) or is it just an image of the page
Answer:	By default the scan is an image, but you can configure the app to scan to a PDF and even bundle consecutive scans into a single document. It's configurable by destination. You would have to OCR the PDF document and then convert to your target format (Word, Excel, etc). If you visit their Kickstarter page, about three quarters down there is a link to download and print a sample page. You might want to test it out. I use mine every day, and so far I'm thrilled with it.
Question:	Does erasing with the "eraser" on the back of the pen (to erase minor mistakes) damage the book's special coating
Answer:	No, erasing with the FriXion eraser under normal circumstances does not damage the pages. Please note that using the FriXion pen eraser may leave a little bit of waxy film that should be brushed away before writing over (similar to how you brush away pencil eraser shavings). If you use the FriXion pen eraser, we suggest using it for minor corrections. Please note that repeated and intense erasure over the same area may damage the page. To erase large amounts of ink or to clean your page, we suggest wiping your page with the moist portion of a microfiber towel and then drying it with the dry portion of the towel.

Answer:	I went out and measured mine. It is 39 inches. This screen JUST covers that space, for us. You have to be a little careful when you move it at all, because you only have about 1/2-3/4 inch of play or it can tip into the fire. But it works well enough and I think it was the biggest one we could find, and after a little finagling to put it together, keeps most of the ash from flying around. Good luck!

Answer:	Fits up to a 35" diameter fire pit.

Answer:	No, I do not think this would work very well with such a small fire pit. It works fantastic for ours, but ours is 36 inches in diameter. The cover fits perfectly. The elastic is not super tight and the seaming would all be in the wrong places.

Answer:	We purchased this cover. At the peak it is at least 12 inches. FYI Left our cover on all winter here is Wisconsin. At one time it was covered with 2 feet of snow! It still looks new! Never came loose through all our snow storms. We are more than happy with this product.

Answer:	I didn't and it stays put. You could probably use "L" brackets with concrete screws on one side?
