Answer:	For best results, keep wrapped in a paper towel in a ziplock bag in the freezer, the paper towel absorbs the moisture that comes out when it freezes. To wash, Hand wash in warm water with mild soap, rinse, then blot with paper towels. Lay flat on paper towels until dry (a fan helps). I keep 1 at work in the freezer, and at least 2 at home and use them every day for migraines.

Answer:	The outside is cotton. It's washable. The inside has little beads but I'm not sure what they are made of. I think the beads are what make it so comfortable. Relieves that pressure behind your eyes from sinus headaches. I have 2 because I like to keep one in the freezer to use for migraines. The coolness helps but because it's not made of gel like some sinus eye masks it's not overly cold. I keep mine in a ziplock bag though because it's a cotton exterior and I don't want it wet. The one I don't have in the freezer I sleep in nightly. It's cool and conforms well to my face. I've bought really expensive eye masks from tempurpedic and brookstone and this one beats them out.

Question:	Are you comfy with ear pieces if you are a side sleeper
Answer:	There is two straps with Velcro,but Velcro never touches your skin at all, I do recommend this mask, I do shave my head too and this mask doesn’t bother me at all
Question:	Is this silk sleep mask really comfortable? Is it mainly for women or men
Answer:	There is a 1” elastic strap with Velcro stitched into the ends of straps. Once you set it to your liking there should be no need to make further adjustments. This sleeping mask is of higher quality. It’s not those cheapy $3 ones that last a couple months. I’ve only had this mask for a month but I feel it can last for years. It’s very comfortable and where it matters is the mask lifts away from your eyelids so your eyelashes don’t wipe the inside of the mask.

Answer:	for a period of time ... not a woman's menstrual cycle
Question:	Can other people hear what you're listening to? I have a roommate and don't want to disturb their sleep
Answer:	I bought these to protect my lash extensions. I’m not sure how they compare to others in depth, but I find that if I blink, my lashes graze the mask. I’m a side/partial stomach sleeper, and my lashes do better with this than without it. The cups aren’t stiff so if you apply pressure to them, they won’t remain cupped around the lashes; they will definitely get a little squished.

Answer:	I think you would get some protection, but the foam is definitely squishy and has kind of a memory foam feel. It squishes down to maybe a quarter inch.

Question:	There's one picture on the black/pink pair option which suggest they are both cat shaped, is that the case
Answer:	Yes. I purchased two of these, one for my son and one for myself. My son is very sensitive to smells and new fabric, so I always wash everything before first use. I hand washed them with a little Woolight, and then let them air dry. Unfortunately both my son and I suffer from migraines, so these come in handy quite often to block out the light.
