Question:	Do I need to replace pad every time? Or between family member use
Answer:	No the pads get replaced only when they no longer will stick to the skin. I have used mine for over 50-75 times and they still stick, although I have rinsed them with water a few times. As for sharing between family members, I'd probably want my own set of pads.
Question:	What is the max electrical charge in mA
Answer:	The booklet says 70 volts at 500 ohms. Using the conversion factor of 1000 mA per volt, that means this unit has a maximum output of 70000 mA at 500 ohms (whatever that means). Considering the fact that the average TENS unit outputs about 80 mA, 70,000 mA seems like enough electricity to supply power to New York City for a week. I'm joking but that amount does seem extreme. Maybe someone with some knowledge of electricity can make sense of it.
Question:	How long are the cords on the unit? I need it for lower calf pain and was wondering if they are long enough to fit under clothing to use at work
Answer:	4 ft (48 inches). You can also get a larger pad that gives a larger coverage area. I love my unit. I use it every day and it has helped me so much with pain management. You can t go wrong with this and I think the cord is long enough to use on your calf.
Question:	Can it use rechargable batteries
Answer:	All AA and AAA rechargeable batteries are only 1.25 volts each. All alkaline and carbon batteries of this size are 1.5 volts each; using two produces 3.0 volts. Always avoid using rechargeable batteries if you want to have maximum power.

Answer:	Press start after you enter each feature. After the third mode is entered, press set/start and an intensity level should come up, usually a number three. Then you will need to scroll up/down, to start feeling anything, usually need to go up to about a 10 out of 20 to start feeling anything. Make sure the cord is firmly in the unit. It is a very tight fit. If not seeded right, unit will not work.

Answer:	No, these do not fit PowerDot.
Question:	I need replacement electrotherapy pads with the large size snap connector. Will these fit? Square pads would be fine
Answer:	No. These only fit Omron brand TENS devices. They have a much smaller than normal snap connector size. We do offer a variety of TENS electrodes here on Amazon that have the standard sized snap connector as well.
Question:	Can you hand wash these pads when they start to not stick
Answer:	You can rinse them lightly and allow them to air dry a bit before putting them back on their liners. However, you aren't ever really "washing" self-adhesive electrodes, only rehydrating them. Water won't remove debris that is actually stuck in the gel. The very best way to get the most life from any self-adhesive electrode is to always clean and dry the skin where they'll be used immediately before using them. Even a few hours after a shower a lot of natural skin oils, etc. can be brought to the surface. Lotions, sunscreen, dead dry skin, etc. will all diminish the electrodes ability to stick very quickly.

Answer:	No, you cannot wash the gels. They last for approximately 30 uses. Once they don't stick well to your skin, you remove them and replace with new gel squares. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Unfortunately no, Omron like most medical manufacturers make these pads in different shapes for even each model making it extremely hard for a “generic” version of their pads, wish they did though

Answer:	You can extend gel pad life with Conductive-Adhesive -- it comes in a tube and is available on Amazon. I don't know yet if it can entirely replace gel pads: gonna find out! Check first for any allergies to ingredients. Some people report it's "messy" and some trouble to remove from skin, but also that it adheres better, is clear and odorless.

Use and Care

1) Remove and discard old gels from pads.

2) Remove blank plastic film from gel.

Answer:	I realize I am answering 2 yrs. later but I will see I have been suffering for 9 yrs. with PF(plantar Fasciitis), along with finding out I have 3-4 other tendons in foot which were all damaged in a headon car accident, in addition also 3 bone spurs, and a cyst all within heel/arch and one is imbedded in a tendon, I have severe neuropathy in this foot and just bought this Thurs. June 30th, 2016 and so far it is saving my life.... It is calming down the pain, and the neuropathy by about 75% so far. I realize I will have to keep up with it regularly since it is not a cure but I cannot do surgery on this foot so this is next best thing... :) I went overboard and used about 2.5 rs.
