Answer:	YES!!... I dilute this with water using 1:3 ratio and in my ultrasonic cleaner. I use it to remove carbon from firearms parts. It works better than some other cleaning products that cost over $100/gallon. Love this stuff and its safe for aluminum and most any other metal.You could use a 1:4 or higher ratio depending on your cleaning needs with good results.

Answer:	I am not really very knowledgeable about the magnifying lenses. I think the lens for the visor comes in different powers. I am not sure if the loupe comes in different powers. I think the loupe can be used with any visor lens. I thought you might be able to use a loupe for each eye (as in another answer: it is not binocular), but you can't. I can use my loupe by itself, but it must be closer than 8" from my work. I use mine with a number 5 visor lens. Hope this helps!
