Question:	What percentage of coal tar is contained in this product? I can't tell from the online pictures
Answer:	There is no coal tar, cortisone and it is non-steroidal. I highly recommend this product as I have been using it for 2 years. I continue to use my prescription ointment but as my spots start to clear I use this in between flares. Good luck!

Question:	Is there a larger size
Answer:	Don’t know. The size as shown lasts 6-8 months for me.
Question:	Should this product have a sealed covering over the tube opening? Mine was not sealed and I am concerned it is a used or tampered product
Answer:	They are not sealed like most cream with a foil cap on the opening. Amazon sometimes ships them with “The Gripper” tape over the top of the tube to prevent it spilling or leaking in shipment. That is not consistent though. I wouldn’t be too concerned.
Question:	Is the lotion thinner consistency then Cortizone ten cream in the smaller tube? Can you use this on scalp
Answer:	Mine is about the same consistency as the regular Cortizone Ten cream. I don't know about your scalp. It would probably be okay if you pulled the hair away from the area so you could get the cream right on the skin. I used mine on my elbows.
Question:	what's the difference between the eczema and psoriasis formulas? is there a difference
Answer:	I have never tried the eczema formula as I was diagnosed with psoriasis, very mild. This cream helps with the itch I have occasionally on my scalp at the base of my neck.

Question:	I read the warning of this product，it says don't use it for prolonged period. so how long can I use this? If I use one product for 10days
Answer:	MG217 Medicated Tar Ointment, I use only on the tough spots on my skin. This is when it really gets bad. However, I use MG217 Multi-symptom moisturizing cream daily. Since I have psoriasis on my face, ears, etc., this has been the best product for me. Without it I would really have a lot of problems. I also use the tar soap, and that also helps to keep the psoriasis under control.
Question:	Does this product dry into the skin or stay wet/greasy
Answer:	It dries into the skin. Takes a couple mins to be absorbed. Softens plaque. Best I have used.
Question:	Can I use it in my scalp
Answer:	The lable says not to. It has petrolum jelly and will be hard to get out. MG217 makes a scalp treatment that I use before I shampoo with their shampoo. It work very well even if the liquid is a little on the thin side consisity wise. I love all MG 217 products!!
Question:	Will halobetasol take out my hair
Answer:	When I apply it to my skin, I have never experienced any hair loss from it. I have not applied it to my scalp. This brand has a large variety of products, including shampoo.
