Question:	Can you switch which side the water goes in and which side it gets sucked out? I'd like the ability to do it both ways

Answer:	Its not as thick as it used to be. Im very disappointed. It is thinned down...probably so it goes through the pump better. It works for the 1st half or more of tub, then the bottom stuff is thicker so the pump doesnt work so well anymore. With the original, thicker formula, I got so tired of messing with their pumps, that i almost switched to another brand of lotion. But I loved the thick formula, so I cut the bottles open and scooped the lotion into old olive jars, or whatever jars i had available. I loved scooping it out of a jar (versus pump), and used it lavishly....after I had transferred it to another container. I called the company to appeal to them to please put it in tubs (cuz the pumps didnt work), and also to market it with other lotions....instead of hidden in the baby section only. Not long later, (possibly in response to complaints) they came out with the thinned down version. I am so disappointed, and feel it was a marketing mistake. I still purchase the lotion sometimes, but also use other lotions that do the job just as well. Considering the thinned down version, the price is really elevated.

Question:	Mine runs out my nose. Is this supposed to mist
Answer:	It's a mist going in. You can verify that by squirting some into the air. You are not expected to "put your head down" as another person says, to do this. It's far from a waste of money, PeninTx. If you do it 1-2-3 times per day, like upon getting up and before going to bed or when you get into the house from outdoor chores. If you are prone to sinus infections, congestion, and flares, you will surely reduce your incidence of them if you are regular and persistent in your use of saline nasal irrigation. NEVER us with tap water, mind you. Better to use the premixed packets to the correct strength per measure of clean water than to guess and mess around with salt, which is no longer recommended, whatever people of a certain age did as children "sniffing up salt water" for congestion. Today, it's distilled or boiled water only. Use the saline mix packets. They're inexpensive and convenient. I prefer the bottle to the "pot" if I use anything other than this mist version. Read the literature on the hazards of tap water and incorrect saline solution, available in scary detail all over. Please check our this answer to another questioner: Some is going to run out. Gravity does that. The path into your sinuses is not straight up. Insert the nozzle into your nostril so that you angle the business end where the mist comes out toward the outside corner of the eye on that side of your face (same side as the nostril you are shooting the solution into). If you use a saline bottle with purified water, it's the same: you angle the nozzle toward the outside corner of the eye to get the solution up into the sinuses. After doing this you can hang down as if you were going to touch your toes (if you can do that safely) to get more solution up higher. Some will come out when you straighten up. I've been at this for over 20 years with one appliance or another and it will curb your sinus problems enough to make the trouble worth it is my experience.

Answer:	I hold my head straight up. I use enough that it runs out and I use a tissue then to wipe my nose. I feel the more I get up in the nostril the better. Remember, it's safe it's just a saline solution, salt water won't hurt you, well on a cut it will, but not up your nose. It really helps clear you nose. I used sleep apnea machine and my nose gets clogged and sore, the solution really helps. good luck

Answer:	I got the giant size and it appears to have baking soda (listed as sodium bicarbonate). I have the Nasal Mist and use it everyday. I love it. Question:	Is it really a natural product? in the ingredients i see listed benzalkonium chloride and disodium edta. what's the concentration % in the product
Answer:	There is no way of knowing until you receive it. I suppose you could e-mail the seller and ask before you buy it. I have had two bottles of this. The first one (now empty) says REV H123-J (CA) on the back. The new one (currently am using) says REV I132-AJ (49). I assume the first bottle I used with the (CA) was the California version. The difference I see between the two is the (CA) contains Metabolic C (a proprietary blend of ascorbic acid, vegetable metabolites and bioflavanoids) and the (49) does not have Metabolic C. Also, there are some differences in the mass mg amounts for some herbs. For example, the (CA) has 30 mg of grape seed extract while (49) has 10 mg of grape seed extract. I also noticed though that (49) has boneset aeriel parts at 110 mg while (CA) does not have it at all.
Question:	can it remove nasal polyps or treat it
Answer:	Yes, the formulation has changed. I accidentally noticed this recently when I purchased a new bottle from Whole Foods. I found the tablets smaller and was struck at this concept. I checked my other bottle and determined the reason. The company has reduced the formulation almost across the board and has also eliminated some of the ingredients. The ingredient reduction on some of the minerals/herbs ranges between 33-50%. I wrote the company this morning. If they had a Facebook page I would post my findings there. I am a strong advocate of the product, but a bit disappointed at present. I am not convinced they are working as effectively as I've been taking them for 2 weeks now and can't seem to shake the flu/cold within me. Usually the tablets knock it out within 2 days.

Answer:	I think I had the same question last year about no inner bottle plastic seal, bc I distinctly recall performing a rather dangerous ballet trying to get a shrink wrap thing off the Vicks brand, the one with the pump type sprayer (rather than the old school squeeze-to-spray). Usually, "Carton glued shut for your protection; inner bottle shrink wrapped with [Brand Name] logo plastic. Do not use product if any protective wrap missing." I have not seen that language on this product packaging. There Oughta Be A Law! Every OTC drugstore product should describe protective packaging ON THE CARTON. Because you KNOW store clerks restocking returns are saying, "Its still good...!" And back on the shelf it goes! Really ALL drugstore returns should go back to the vendor to determine if it can be sold again.
Question:	What is the difference between this and Flonase
Answer:	If you try Flnase, make sure someone is there with you at the time. I've used Afrin for years (same ingredient at Sinex), and tried Flonase which works great for my grandchildren. It immediately caused my nasal passages to swell completely shut and I began having trouble breathing even through my mouth. Took me about 8 times of spraying with Afrin before it cleared up. Afrin is "addicting" in that studies show it causes a rebound effect that may make the sinus mucosa swell more. However, if you hear that it causes increase in blood pressure, studies have shown that it does not. (I don't know about Flonase for either of these possible effects, though.)

Answer:	Honestly, I've used both and prefer this one. I think it's a bit stronger. I've been suffering with sinus congestion for 20 years, this is the only nasal spray that gives relief when I'm really congested. Answer:	I found a 7 lb blanket a year or so ago. I can’t remember where, I thought it was on amazon. Do a search for 7 lb weighted blanket.
