Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Answer:	No, there is no sizing chart. The womens 6-10 fits very well into my Size 10 shoes. Just be sure the product says W.

Answer:	They are about 2 1/4". They are soft and flexible so they should fit in any size shoe. I don't think they should be trimmed though. The problem I have is that they don't stay in place in most of my shoes. ( I wear an 8 1/2.) Maybe they will fit more snug in a smaller shoe.

Answer:	The running have best arch support. See the light blue piece in the arch area? That is hard, durable plastic. It doesn’t bother or hurt when wearing. I have plantar facitis (spelling?). Answer:	It’s possible to wear them with sandals as long as the back is closed & not a strap. Otherwise, they might work their way out the back as you walk.

Answer:	I guess it depends on where your tendonitis is located on your foot. Mine have always been on the side and up toward my toes. My work keeps me on my feet nine to ten hours a day. I have always used the Achilles tendon one in my work shoes and in my work boots for farm chores after I get home from a full-time job. I have also had to have a series of shots but after that, the insoles work great. Hope this helps. I am retired now and still wear them everyday.

As you walk, your weight is transferred from your heel to the ball of your foot, and if the weight is unevenly transferred to the metatarsals and over the ball of your foot, pain and swelling of the area can occur. You may have it if you experience pain in the ball of foot area. Frequently, painful calluses may also occur in the skin of that area.*
