Answer:	Yes it works well for sauces. I have used it to make a Thai peanut sauce for a Thai pizza. Any liquid can be used to make a sauce. The Thai sauce was soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, water and ground ginger. You can also make as directed on the label and use in any recipe that calls for peanut butter.

Question:	Every jar has an inch of oil on top and it is very difficult to mix in because of the thickness of the peanut butter underneath. Is this normal
Answer:	Are you asking if dry ice can be recycled? If there was dry ice in your package, it would have disappeared shortly after you opened the box. Dry ice comes in blocks or chunks that are milky white, and it evaporates quickly at room temperature. Usually the box will be labeled very clearly that it contains dry ice since it’s a burn hazard. Dry ice will bubble and “smoke” when dropped into water, and it will not leave a puddle of water like regular ice will. If your package came with small frozen bags, those are usually made with some sort of frozen gel or liquid that is nontoxic and usually reusable. If you are curious if the ice packs that were in the box are reusable and how to dispose of them, look on the outside of the ice pack itself; they will usually be labeled with disposal instructions, if they are reusable and sometimes a brand name. Answer:	There's nothing added. It's only peanuts and sea salt. So, you're only dealing with the natural oil of peanuts, and this is why you have to do a good deal of mixing because there is separation of the oil and butter. Usually with other peanut butters, other oils are used to stabilize the product and prevent the need for mixing, but that's not the case here.

You will never find a spec of palm fruit oil in any of our products, that is our promise to you. We decided early on that we did not want to use palm fruit oil in any of our products for two main reasons. First off, palm fruit oil has been and continues to be a major driver of deforestation of some of the world’s most biodiverse forests, destroying the habitat of already endangered species like the Orangutan, pygmy elephant and Sumatran rhino. Palm fruit oil production is said to have been responsible for about 8% of the world's deforestation between 1990 and 2008. Secondly palm fruit oil has a high saturated fat content, which can be harmful to cardiovascular health.
