Answer:	I haven’t tried them on a Dell but my wife put them in her new HP laptop (which is very similar to my Dell laptop - both purchased from Costco this year) and they work great. She likes them much better than what her laptop came with, which were two long rubber strips that kept peeling up.
Question:	How many hours last from full charged battery
Answer:	I used them on a MacBook Pro laptop and they worked well. They are peel and stick, so should work on any flat surface. I recommend replacing all four as the old ones are probably not the same thickness.
