Answer:	Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! We have always taken great care in choosing each and every ingredient and what is - and isn’t - in our products. This includes taking extreme care to avoid ingredients containing soy. That’s why when some of our routine testings came back indicating a minute amount of soy, we were not only surprised but also unsure of the source given our careful ingredient selection and production process. It turns out that Non-GMO chickpeas are often grown or stored in close proximity to soy at the farm level. This is likely the cause of the slight amount of soy found in testing our finished product. The actual amount found, 274 parts per billion (0.0000274%), is almost undetectable and according to the Food Science & Technology Food Allergy Research & Resource Program at the University of Nebraska, significantly below the threshold of reactivity. However, out of an abundance of caution, we do not feel comfortable stating our products are soy-free. We cannot directly monitor what happens at the farm level and unfortunately, the FDA has not yet established a safety level for soy as it has for gluten. Ironically, at the same time, the lab tests we utilize have become far more sensitive, now measuring parts per billion versus parts per million which would have indicated a result of undetectable soy levels. Rest assured we do not use soy in any of the other ingredients we use to make Rule Breaker Snacks nor do our products come in contact with soy during the production process. Answer:	Since I am munching on cranberry/almond thin cookies right now, I have the box for the nutrition facts: carbohydrate 15g per pack of cookies (3 thin pieces per pack). Each pack contains 100 calories, 7g sugars and 5% total carbohydrate of daily value based on 2,000 calories diet. Though the pack has 23g, the box wrote serving size of 30g so slightly more than a pack (maybe 4 pieces). The serving size of 30g (approx 4 pieces) consists of 20g carbs.

Question:	How do these have 4 carbs when the label says 23 carbs
Answer:	I am Diabetic. I know to subtract Fiber from total Carbs. But I'm not sure if we (Diabetics) subtract the Glycerin too, or if that's just an Atkins Plan thing. So if I eat this bar, that is 23g Carbs, 12g Fiber= 11 Carbs. Do I take my insulin for 11 Carb ratio? Or subtract the glycerin too and only consider 3 Carbs/insulin ratio?

Question:	I don't understand the pricing. This seems really expensive. The local Target or Walmart has a box of this for $7.99. Is this right
Answer:	I stopped buying Atkins PB Bars on Amazon, even though I would like to. They are MUCH cheaper and MUCH fresher at BJs. They sell a box of 16 PB Meal Bars for about $19.50 and the expiration dates are always 8-10 months out, at least. Walmart sells a box of ONLY 5 bars for $8. Amazon's best price is $11.27/8 bars. Plus, I often receive them in dented boxes and with expiration dates only about 3-4 months away. I really like Atkins bars but I won't buy them on Amazon any more. I only buy Luna Bars on Amazon these days.
Question:	Do these compare well to the cookie dough Slimfast meal replacement bars (in regards to taste
Answer:	They're similar. Slimfast has sugar, these do not. So I don't eat Slimfast any more. I do admit, however, the Slimfast taste a little better, I think it's the texture. The Atkins cookie dough are not gooey or soft like cookie dough, and the chocolate chips are very small. The flavor is good, don't get me wrong, I still like them. But if you like chocolate Atkins has much better bars (just my opinion, these things are subjective obviously). Atkins Chocolate Chip Granola is good if you like crunchy, and it has lots of chocolate chips. Atkins Triple Chocolate Crunch is excellent for chocolate lovers, crunchy, dark chocolate, lots of chocolate chips. Atkins makes a nut roll that tastes just like PayDay, one that tastes just like Snickers, and a cookie bar that is like a huge Oreo cookie. The chocolate caramel nut roll is one of my favorites.
