Answer:	Hi, J. Catlin! Ratio of Scotts Lawn Food is 32-0-4 on a new bag that I have- the 15k sq ft bag has long been thrown in the trash. I elected to not use the bag I have left because it would have been TOO MUCH on my lawn!. This is NOT one of those items where ,if a little bit does a little good... you know the rest! You must follow the directions when using this product!!! As you can see from the first number (nitrogen), all manner of bad stuff will happen to the grass if over applied. Conversely, it will do a fantastic job if properly applied. At least that has been my experience when using the product. Good Luck! JBH

Answer:	Hello,Great question. This is a plant nutritional product. As soon as you grass intakes it will start using the nutrients where it is needed most. Sometimes root, sometimes vertical, sometimes lateral. Visual may not be evident immediately but uptake will occur within several days. For visual or measured growth it take varying times in warmer weather will be faster, in cooler weather will be slower, in sunny conditions will be faster and when adequate water is in soil will be faster. Growth will occur before the visual eye notices. You should notice a healthier grass within a few days. Making grass grow where none exists can only happen if there is grass seed in that area or if the grass is a crawling variety. If it is a crawling variety it will grow as long as the soil that is bare does not have a condition that caused the bare spot in the first place such as a PH irregularity, chemical spill, salt issue, or disease.
Question:	If i'm going to apply liquid weed killer (ortho) to my lawn should i apply it before or after booster and how long of an interval should i wait
Answer:	You should apply before the Booster and wait at least 7-10 days before the Booster. Keep in mind once the booster is applied it will help intensify the results of the weed killer but you want to give the weed killer at least 7-10 days before applying nutrients. Question:	Can it be used on thin bladed fescue in the middle of summer when daily temps are over
Answer:	That is a tough question as I do not have Fescue. However, I think that if you sprayed it in the evening as temps are going down and then give your lawn a good watering it should be okay. Or maybe pick an evening when rain is expected the next day. Just a thought.

Answer:	From what I can tell from the product description, the product weight is 26.4lbs. This is consistent with some other products at 2.5gals (320oz). Doing the math, 26.4lbs/320oz=0.0825lb of product per oz X 0.15%N that will come out to 0.012lb of N per oz of product. So about 20oz of product per gal of water to get down 1/4lb N to 1000sqft.

Answer:	Too much of any one thing can be bad enough but to put down three things together is probably going to make the lawn sick just like if you would eat to much of one thing. If you want to ensure your lawn survives the winter then use the winter survival fertilizer or the 3-18-18 and only one or the other, not both and especially not all three. An excess of any of these nutrients can destroy the lawn.
Question:	In fall should i apply this(espoma eofw30 organic fall fertilizer) or espoma organic weed preventer ?? or both at different times

Answer:	I'd recommend thw soil loosener solution to be applied first and then wait a day before applying the Lawn Food. You'll get better absorption and uptake.
