| Answer: | WE bought the kit for my husband who had to have his infected hip replacement removed and an antibiotic spacer put in until infection clears and he can have new hip replacement, so I've only seen how they work for him. The kit includes 2 lengths of grabbers, very firm, not ratcheting; he uses the shorter one to reach things on the table near his bed or the one next to the couch and to arrange, pull up, and put on his pants. I'm taking it over to use in the kitchen when he is better, I am 5'2" and can't reach anything above the first shelf in the cupboards. He uses the longer one in the bathroom to reach things on shelves or on the floor. The socjk puller upper has been a big help to him and the dressing stick has a hook that can help straighten sox; I'm sure it could pull up a zipper, too. I wish someone had told us about this kit on our first go-round, I was the dresser then. Good luck to you, be sure to have an Occupational Therapist demonstrate the use of each piece of equipment, they work with them all the time. |

This is the best vanilla I have found all the others I have tried tastes and smells more of alcohol than vanilla. |

| Answer: | This stuff is horrible. I made a batch of maple fudge (which I have done many times) in which I tried this alleged maple flavor. I had to throw the fudge out - it had such a bitter taste. Plus the fact that when you take the cover off - it doesn't even smell like maple. I cannot understand all the positive reviews.....I threw it out and went back to McCormick (even tho it isn't so great either..but at least it tastes like maple when mixed). I am a maple "nut"........and thus have had years of taste experience with maple. THIS IS NOT MAPLE. |
