Answer:	My kids drink milk, eat green vegetables smuggled in smoothies, and eat cheese for iron and calcium. Since high iron levels are just as detrimental as low iron (and none of us are anemic), we don’t look specifically for iron supplements. Sugar is noted on the package as the second ‘other ingredient’ but totals only 2 grams of natural sugars per serving, minimal content considering 100% fruit juice has more than 20g per serving. I’m just happy to have something my 2yo will eat willingly to supplement the stuff he may not. That’s a win in my book!

Answer:	Hello. The tablets will dissolve if swallowed whole, however we recommend that the tablets be chewed. It is important to note that the size of the tablet may make it difficult to swallow for children. They can also be sucked on or crushed. We don’t recommend dissolving in boiling water. Doing so may decrease the potency of the vitamins. As an alternative, try crushing in applesauce.

Question:	Why is this item labeled under Proposition 65? How safe is it
Answer:	I have been giving my son these vitamins since he was 2 (gave him 1 daily cut into 2 pieces). He is built bigger and is in the 96 percentile for height and weight. My son is now 3yo and eats two. His pediatrician said that the main concern is that these may be a choking hazard for smaller children but he approved as long as the child is good at chewing.
