Answer:	I don't find a recycle number. No numbers except on the bar code . The contents are manufactured for Nutiva in Oxford, CA and is a product of the Philippines. The jar bottom has a triangle with a number 2 in the middle, with the word hope underneath. To the left of the triangle and the word 'hope' is the number 4. Under that is what appears to be a letter 'C' back to back with another one. Sorry I can't help you more.

Answer:	No, but it is an awesome product. We would find it hard to live without it. After researching refillable products, we went with this. We recycle the canister when it is empty.
