Prepare Yogurt and Honey Mustard Dressing: Combine 12 oz of Hellmann's Classics Honey Mustard Salad Dressing and 4 oz of plain yogurt, stir until uniform.

Prepare Spiced Cashews: Combine 2 cups Cashews (halved), 2 tbsp Butter, 3 tbsp Brown sugar, 1 tbsp Smoked paprika, 0.25 tsp Cayenne, and 0.25 tsp Chipotle powder in a pan on medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool and store for use.

Prepare Seasoned Butternut Squash: Toss 3 lbs of Butternut squash, peeled, medium dice with 1 tbsp of oil, 2 tbsp of Smoked paprika, 1.50 tsp of Cayenne, Salt and Black pepper to taste. Roast at 400°F until tender and slightly charred.

Finish the Salad: Saute lentils, Seasoned Butternut Squash, and salt on medium heat until warmed through, top with remaining ingredients.
