Answer:	This was delivered in mid afternoon on a hot day. It came packed in the white Amazon freezer packets used to keep food cold. That worked very well. It was probably 95% frozen, so I put it in the freezer. A week later I took it out and it was mostly eaten at a birthday party. So, yes ours was frozen. For an off the shelf deliver to the door item, I think it is remarkably tasty. It is not a health food but in small doses is acceptable nutritionally.

Answer:	Hi there. Thanks for your question regarding our Duncan Hines Cookie Mix. we'd like to let you know that this product comes with a 6 inch pan and we'll recommend them to use only that pan for best results.

Answer:	It was not good. The texture was cakey and not the texture of a good cake. The flavor was lousy and tasted artificial. I had the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and the chocolate chips tasted nothing like chocolate. It was an unpleasant experience and not even like "well it was okay for $2.50." Nothing about this was acceptable. Free advice, avoid the caramel brownie mug cakes as well.

Answer:	Sure, add whatever you want but it won't make it edible. It would be a waste of an egg and in insult to the chicken who laid it. Don't buy this, it's not worth the cardboard box the stuff is packaged in.

Answer:	I had the same problem. It seemed mushy even after I added another 15 seconds so I added another 15 seconds and once I took it out it hardened and was slightly overcooked. I think adding another 15 seconds once should be enough even if it still looks soft.

MEET OUR FOUNDER - Shira Berk

Shira is a former entertainment public relations professional who nurtured some of America's most prominent brands in publishing and music including the Rolling Stones, US Weekly and alternative record label Beggars Banquet.

After existing the music business, our fearless leader, began channeling her creative energy into making great tasting treats at her small Goodie Girl cafe in Tribeca. A self-trained baker, with bold instincts for things "alternative", Shira spent countless hours blending bagfuls of crazy flours to create her ridiculously delicious cookies using all natural, better-for-you ingredients. The cookies were a big hit at the cafe, with her kids and all their friends..

And that's how Goodie Girl Cookies were born.
