Answer:	Yes it should. It just mixes audio from 2 3.5mm sources. I've used it to mix combinations of phone, pc, xbox and switch so ps4 should be fine. I would get a 3.5mm extender that can carry mic audio so the adapter doesn't have to hang directly from your controller.
