Answer:	The can I have "Ghirardelli Chocolate Frappe" is 50 oz and the instructions are for "specialty coffee retailers." There are instructions for three 16oz drinks listed on the back (plain, espresso & coffee frappe) all using 4oz of the mix. So if you want 8oz instead of 4 you'd use half (2 ounces) and get 25 drinks.

Answer:	Amazon shows I've ordered this 29 times over the years. Only in the past 9 months have they started sending me the wrong product. Unfortunately, it has the same UPC as the product I order. What I want and used to receive has "Sweet ground chocolate" as the first ingredient, but starting this year, I've been received a similar, but not nearly as good, product that lists sugar as the first ingredient. The label is different (white writing, for one thing) but the UPC code is now the same. You can look at the 2 products yourself. Amazon sells one for $19 or so and the other for $23 or so but in the last 8 months what I have received is the white lettering product with sugar as the first ingredient. This despite the fact it isn't what I ordered. I have talked to numerous Amazon reps about this and the last one figured out the same UPC issue but it is infuriating that they continue to show the wrong product on their website and people like me, who look at the image of the ingredients, think they are ordering what they've always ordered, but that's not what they get. Don't buy this unless you want something that is more sugar than chocolate. And, Amazon, if you read this, how about fixing your false advertising. Hmm, that gives me an idea. Answer:	Hi Brian, Our hot chocolate is made in a facility that does not process peanuts or tree nuts. However it is not a certified allergen-free facility. This means that although we are not actively processing nuts there we can't guarantee that there couldn't be traces of peanuts and tree nuts in the product.

Answer:	I know this s FOR WARM TO HOT MILK but having said that for YEARS I've been mixing in water. And or blend of water and milk. So to have cold water or cold milk drink I heat small amount of water in the microwave using an microwave safe mug. Takes only a minute or two with our microwave but the seconds vary between microwave units. Then add the dry mix and stir well to blend and disolve. Then ad the cold milk to bring up to the amount of size of drink you want. We have wonderful 16 and 22 ounce glass mugs so we can make just about any size cold or hot drink via this method we want. I have been known in summer evenings to add 3-6 ice cubes to keep a larger amount lasting cold. So having said that most of the time I just add water. I'm caffiene sensitive so chocolate can be surprisingly high in it. I like just the water though but about 20 percent of the time add a dash of whole milk sometimes even creme if I have. Not so much as a means to avoid calories of milk but actually just like the lighter water drink. Sometimes milk also disagrees with my digestion. But hope this gives you a new avenue to try. It may take a few trial efforts to figure out what works best for you. But a little hot water usually does not distract from 2% or whole milk in a full glass of milk nor does the slipping in of ice cubes in the larger sized mugs.

Answer:	Have to calculate it our. Liquid is 8 oz to a cup , 4 cups to a quart., 4 quarts to a gallon, X 4 gallons. 1 gallon of liquid water would equal 16 cups of coco. A full container makes 62 cups of coco. So you are 2 cups short of 4 gallons. You could make the 4 gallons of liquid, add your full container of coco, and then add some coffee creamer to make it taste richer or add a couple of packets of coco mix, or just make 4 gallons minus 2 cups of liquid and use 1 full container of mix.
