The ingredients for the vanilla bean macaron tea are as follows : black tea, natural flavors, chicory root, cocoa peel, licorice root, roasted yerba mate, cinnamon, cardamom. WHERE DOES TAZO COME FROM?

The name TAZO was inspired by the whirling mating dance of pharaohs of ancient Egypt. It’s also synonymous with the cheery salutation used by residents of Easter Island in the 5th century. It’s pretty incredible.

Answer:	No you do not need special equipment. You can do what you suggested. I usually put the bag in the coffee filter and let it brew that way. It is pretty concentrated, so you will probably want to ad a fair amount of water if you do it this way. I use the tea all the time- it is my go to beverage.
