It comes from beans in northern South America, has a 4 star rating and is hand picked and roasted from multiple Arabica beans, is pure and the quality speaks to its 4 star rating. Kosher refers to food prepared according to Orthodox Jewish law. Kosher rating is an internationally accepted symbol of purity and quality that is both recognized and respected throughout the world. Maybe you should request Amazon give this rating to the product as it is so good.

Answer:	Although there is no info on the actual level, if you were to compare the acidity to other espresso type coffees, the level in Go For the Bold is much less acidic. We love this coffee and is now the only bold/espresso coffee we buy.

Answer:	Although we have yet to use it for cold brew, I don’t know why it wouldn’t work- unless too fine a grind. The flavor is deep, rich and smooth.

Answer:	No, sadly, they don't. You can make them work by inserting them into a universal, reusable filter cup, such as Solofill. Or, you can cut the tops off the newer k-cups and place them over your incompatible ones. Both of these are a pain, however. It's a shame that Keurig decided to add this inconvenience to its new machine, which otherwise is a dazzling machine. I have both a 2.0 and a 3-year-old original Keurig. I use the 2.0 for compatible K-cups and my older model for all others.
