Answer:	As long as they stay in a fairly dry environment, I haven't found a shelf life. I've had mine for a few months now, living in humid Florida with no AC, and I've had no issues. Keep the packages dry, and they keep for months.

Answer:	You can put the cork cap back on after each use, just as you would with any bottle. The black sealing caps, however, cannot be put back on. Hope this helps.
Question:	How is this product sugar free when the description says it's made with cane sugar
Answer:	I think that depends more on what your putting in the bottle. The cork and heat shrink covers definitely provide an air tight seal-I used them for limoncello-which was preserved and the limoncello did not deteriorate at all. Not sure if you’re using them for something else-(flavored oils etc)

Question:	I want to make home brew ginger beer. Will these bottles hold up to the fermentation
Answer:	I'm not familiar with the specific pressure requirements for ginger beer, but from my research it looks like it's recommended you DO NOT use glass bottles for ginger beer fermentation because the pressure builds beyond the limit of the bottles (58 psi). Use plastics bottles instead.

Answer:	Yes, the bottles are both free from cadmium and lead. Thanks for your interest!
Question:	How full should you fill your bottle, for the carbonation phase, when making kombucha
Answer:	I've had the most success when I've filled the bottles close to the top. The fermentation stage is an anaerobic process - meaning the less oxygen available to the kombucha the more carbonation there will be. Filling the bottle right to the top also forces the carbonation into the kombucha. Hope this helps! - Glen

Answer:	I do not refrigerate it. The bottle sits on my counter and I’ve never had any issues! I usually use it up within 30-45 days.
Question:	What color is the product supposed to be
Answer:	I have the sugar free salted caramel syrup which has caramelized sugar for color, which according to the label “adds a trivial amount of sugar.” I have several other flavors (caramel, hazelnut, English toffee, Kahlua, raspberry) which do not have any sugar at all. All of them use sucralose as a sweetener.

Answer:	You can get the pumps at world market for 2.99. They fit most of these syrup bottles.
