Answer:	I returned the one I purchased yet if I'm remembering correctly the layers do not detach and it wouldn't be tall enough for an artichoke. Answer:	According to the specs and information provided, YES...however, I have run no tests to verify!

Answer:	No. Only basket #1 can fit on the base then #2 on top. The lid does fit both baskets though.
Question:	How does "pure" and "with other ingredants" work? It's either pure or it's not
Answer:	These baskets nest, so the largest one has an interior length of just over 11.5 inches, and the smallest one just over 10.5 inches. I have not done a whole fish head on, but have cooked salmon filets and it did an awesome job. Also cooked some lovely lobster tails and again, just an awesome piece of equipment. Cleans up easily and it all nests together and takes up no space in the cabinet. I hope this helped.

Answer:	If the olive is larger than 3.5 cm (1-1/4") it won't fit in the device. I pitted some larger olives sideways; it worked, but left a larger, ragged hole in the fruit. I could still use those olives in salads or cooking, but not in an antipasto plate where presentation is important.

Answer:	I understand this is a Matfer Bourgeat product, which is a French company manufacturing professional quality kitchenware. This particular product, however, is made in Germany. The "Westmark" brand implies it's made in WEST Germany, which of course doesn't technically exist anymore, but the stamping on the product is "W. Germany".
Question:	Is this whole leaf or just inner fillet
Answer:	Not sure what you mean by smaller olives. I use it on castelvetrano olives. I pit the castelvetrano olives and stuff them with blue cheese. It works very well. Once in a while it smushes an olive, but they are usually older olives. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It would but it would be snug. There isn’t a chest strap on this one which is kind of nice. Just a heads up we have used ours for like 6 months and it’s starting to rip at seams. We don’t put much in it either.
