| Answer: | My Samsung S2 does work with my LTG V40 phone, so I don't know if they need to write new apps for this watch, it may have a newer version of the proprietary operating system. One thing about the proprietary operating system is that Samsung can control the quality, just the way Apple does with it computers, tablets and watches. But if Samsung is not paying attention to the shortage of apps, that may annoy many who used the many apps for the S2. The user who reported that if you have the LTE watch, you can't use the watch for phone calls unless your phone is on. They did not say how close the phone has to be, but if it has to be very close, that defeats the whole reason to get the LTE watch. So if you leave your phone on a charger at home, will the watch work miles from your home to get calls, and make calls? There are a lot of unanswered questions that keep from from upgrading my S2 to a S3. I have zero complaints about my S2, but it looks like I would be upgrading to a watch that does half, or even less of what my S2 can do. Call Samsung and ask them about which phones it will, and won't work with, then post and update to your review so others will know. |

With my day to day activities haven't had a problem with scratches really. I'd make sure to get a screen protector though. It's a EUROPEAN Version that DOES NOT work with CDMA.O think..or the the one. I tried to RETURN IT.It arrived there according to UPS on AUGUST 2nd.DID NOT GET A REFUND YET EITHER!! In fact I JUST talked to AMAZON and they are sending it BACK TO ME apperently. .???? I just do not know WHAT TO SAY. .Just wanted my $600 Back and I ordered it in JUNE..now it's AUGUST!!! REALLY BAD COMPANY.Let you know if I EVER got my money back guys! |

| Answer: | It's is original but I'm very disapointed with the experience. I live abroad and that's why I bought the international model. After 2 months of use, the batery started draining even with the watch turned off, which I believe is due to a battery issue and not the watch. My warranty card says its a LATAM version and is written in English, Spanish and Portuguese. I send the watch to the local Samsung customer service and the've returned the watch saying the warrant is only valid in the country of purchase. It's a catch 22, because the international version does not have warranty in the US. I believe it is a grey market product and Amazon shouldn't allow this kind of vendor sell through its channel. |

| Answer: | Biggest problem I'm having right now is I can't use Samung Pay on it. It's not loaded on the phone and it is not downloadable. I guess some countries can't use it so it's not an option. US version has it. Wish I had known before I got the phone. Everything else works fine so far, haven't found another issue, yet. |

| Answer: | SMS? No, not by itself; it depends entirely on the phone it is paired to. Technically, the watch just behaves as a "front-end" to the phone. Something like Google Hangouts? Don't know but in theory no reason it couldn't. However, Hangouts isn't available AFAIK. |
