Now for the tricky part... who knows the difference between 4:3 and 16:9 are and what they refer to? The former would be Ali's Trinitron and the latter would be almost any TV sold today. The ratios have a major effect on a TV's overall dimensions too.

So if you're putting it on a cabinet or counter you will be more interested in Todd's dimensions and if you are hanging it on a vertical surface (i.e. wall) mcgiver's numbers will be more useful.

Question:	Does this come with the amazon fire tv, and/or is it compatible? how many usb ports does it have
Answer:	The TV is compatible with a Roku player so I suspect it would be compatible with any similar service, assuming that Amazon fire is comparable. I use the HDMI port to hook up to my Roku player and it is good to go. I am not at home presently so I can't count up the USB ports. One thing I like about this TV is that it gives you multiple avenues to hook up your peripherals to include coaxial, HDMI, AVI and even VGA for your PC. You access all of these options via hitting the "Source" button on the remote control which then allows you to cycle through the various sources available. Don't forget that you can always use AB switches for a particular source. I use one for the HDMI source such that I can hook up both the Roku player and the DVD with HDMI. Although the TV come with a DVD drive, it is not esp convenient to use. For that reason, I bought a Sony DVD drive to use with the TV. The convenience was worth it to me since the DVDs are so inexpensive these days. It is an overall great TV with an extremely good picture. I have bought several of them in different sizes and I have been extremely pleased.

Answer:	The remotes for my 2 tcl tvs have an aux port for headphones. But I usually use the roku app on my phone. Then you can connect your headphones via your phones aux port or use bluetooth. The bluetooth works very well, there is almost no delay in the audio. Plus the apps remote control is nice since you can control the tv without needing a direct line to its ir sensor since it works via the tvs wifi.

Answer:	Maybe think of it this way: This TCL TV has four times as many total pixels as a regular HD TV has. When it displays true 4K content, each of those 8 million or so pixels is able to display a separate and distinct bit of the total picture, yielding a razor-sharp, photorealistic image. But when 1080 content is displayed, each 4-pixel group displays the same info, though the entire screen is filled out smoothly via software "interpolation," otherwise known as upscaling.
