Once you do that you have access to watch what the two provide. But to do this you must have an account with each.

Answer:	Can’t speak on last year model but I purchased the 2020 75 inch “The Frame” and after 3 weeks I’m returning it because it has a factory defect with the software that does not allow the motion sensor to turn on and off when it senses or does not sense motion. Therefore it stays in art mode all the time consuming energy. A big disappointment as I have to keep turning it off manually to conserve energy. NOT worth the work, headaches and not to mention the energy efficiency, especially for $3,000 ! Other than that, picture quality is no different than my other Samsung UHD TVs .

Answer:	I don’t know as mine is hung on the wall. But I would like you to know that since the beginning I have had a problem with the volume on this tv. It completely shuts off and you have to turn the tv off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. Also it goes dead many times when you turn and connect to Netflix. I also cannot connect Amazon prime YV to it even after following the directions. I would not recommend this TV

Answer:	I don’t know but I do not recommend this model. The tv volume shuts off often and you have to turn the tv back on to get it to work again. After about 2 months the volume is starting to diminish and we are unsure if it is returnable at this point. It isn’t easy to take it from the wall mount and return either.

Answer:	Mine did not have a single dead pixel, or physical damage to the TV. It comes in a cardboard box and is wrapped in styrofoam. I could see it being damaged, but haven't had that experience.

Question:	Does this have surround sound
Answer:	It has a single speaker set that gives Virtual Surround Sound, but it actually sounds a little tinny. I had to play with the equalizer to add a bit more bass and clean up the factory audio settings. I have it in my basement though, so the cinder block walls would add to the tinny effect. In a smaller room with softer walls (drywall or the like), it may sound fine at default.

Answer:	Yes. Be sure that you have Wi-Fi. I had to use an extender to boost the signal for the TV. I also had to have it for Netflix.
