Answer:	hello. You can use it to make anything you want. Fish, meat, potatoes,veggies are all can be done on our mat without oil too. The only constraint is the temperature. Do not go over 480f and do not use mat for a preheat phase because very often during this phase temperature spikes to speed up heating of the oven.
Question:	Can the silicone baking mats be used without a baking sheet? i.e. placed directly onto oven rack
Answer:	I do not recommend you use the baking mats directly onto an oven rack. The reason is that the rack-metal gets very hot, beyond the heat resistance of 450 degrees. This can lead to staining, and in some cases smoking, so I recommend you only use these on a Baking Tray/Sheet.

Question:	Are the silicone pads heat conductive
Answer:	They are hot when you take them out of the oven. It takes a little while to cool down after removing them from the cookie sheets. They cool down much faster then any cookie sheet. They work so much better than parchment paper, don’t turn brown like the paper. I used them over and over again while making Christmas Cookies. After Cooling, put the cookie dough on the pads, as soon as the oven was empty back in the cookie sheet and in the oven. It made cooking 6 dozen cookies faster because I did not wait for the cookie sheet to cool all the way down.
Question:	Are These ok to use on an induction cooktop to help pans from sliding
Answer:	These answers are wrong. Induction does work with silicon mats. You do need to have proper metal pans, but induction does conduct thru the silicon. Have been using them with success to minimize mess on cooktop and prevent scratching from bottom of pans. Would not use them on extreme high setting for a long time. But simmering and normal cooking work fine with a quality mat.
