In my case, I can see camera view on cell phone but can not review it. I can not see any thing on my desk top. It is totally unlikely that Hanwha has defective App software. I am sure problem is with my cell phone and desktop set up.

Answer:	Yes, these cameras are compatible. The SDR-B85300 is a 4MP DVR and the cameras that came with the system are 4MP. The SDC-9443 cameras you are asking about are 2.1MP. If you want the original cameras, you need the SDC-89440BC Cameras.
Question:	Has anyone had this issue? We turned it on for first time while raining and as the water hits it there are fire sparks and smoke comes out
Answer:	The DVR just receives the video signal from these cameras. The camera does not send any other type of signal in adequate light. If there is a setting for B&W only then it is the DVR settings and not the camera. The camera will send B&W only to the DVR when it is too dark and the IR will turn on at that time.
