Answer:	Hello, You can follow the below installation instructions: Step 1: Remove old filter cartridge by grasping and turning to the left about 1/4 turn Step 2: Remove the protective foil from the end of the new filter. Fill the replacement filter with a little water from the tap to allow for better flow immediately after installation. Step 3: Place the top of the new cartridge up inside the cartridge holder. Slowly turn the filter to right until the filter cartridge stops. Do not over tighten. As you turn the cartridge it will automatically raise itself into position. The cartridge will move about 1/4 turn.

Answer:	The sync module 2 will still function like a traditional sync module, compatible with all generations of Blink cameras, however, only Blink Indoor and Outdoor and Blink Mini cameras will be compatible with local storage functionality. All other generations of cameras (indoor, XT and XT2) will be cloud based if/when they are added to the SM2. All existing customers who have an account created on or before 4/15/2020 will receive free cloud storage on all devices added to their account going forward, including Mini, and Blink Indoor and Outdoor.

Question:	How fast do they begin recording after motion? My arlo cameras continually miss cars coming in the driveway
Answer:	The recording starts immediately upon motion sensing. The *Early Notification* Beta setting alerts you within 5 seconds of motion detection, and you can access the Live View from your phone and choose whether you'd like to keep the live view clip. The live view clip then saves for as long as you'd like to continuously watch (which you'll be prompted to do), otherwise, you'll recorded clip will only be as long as you sell it to be(upto 60 seconds) with a cool down of 10seconds between clips with motion. Also, you can toggle whether you want it to stop recording 2seconds after motion end, or allow it to always record for the triggered clip length. I purchased mine mid- December 2020, and it works amazingly.
Question:	How are these different than my Blink XT2 cameras
Answer:	I just spoke with a Blink representative on the phone, he informed me that if you have a blink account activated before 4/15/20 using the older cameras (i.e. XT2), if you purchase the new cameras, they can be added to your existing system and they will be able to utilize the free cloud storage since the account is grandfathered in. The cloud storage paid plan is only for accounts made after 4/15/20.

Answer:	Depends on your TV or your setup. It will work with Alexa. You have to enable the Ring skill and link your Ring Account. Easiest to do on the web at alexa.amazon.com. Current Samsung TV's detect it too but you may have to go the the Samsung SmartThings hub to enable it.

Answer:	Ours actually had a good amount. When it comes out the box, it is straight. But where we mounted it, we wanted it angled to the left. I would say that we had probably 30 degrees? Plus you are able to adjust the zone that it responds to.
Question:	Can the flood light bulbs be changed out when they burn out
Answer:	Simple answer is No or not easily. Ring will not fix or replace the bulb...Oh if you buy the extended warranty and they send you a whole new unit...What a waste!!! Or without the ExWar, you have to buy a new one to replace it so have to spend another $160 plus tax (they will give you a $100 discount to get a new one) for at max a $25-$30 bulb replacement! How is that for not being a part of the new Green Deal! This is a perfect example of customer NO-service in mind of the consumer SO BUYER BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING RING!!!! Question:	Are these the same indoor cameras being offered on Google right now
Answer:	The description said it is two cameras. Unfortunately it was delivered as only the indoor camera. The indoor camera along cost MUCH less. I Tried resolve the issue of the thing the second camera delivered. No luck. Amazon asked me to review the product. I wrote that I never got my second one. They refused to post my review. What can I say? I recommend you order just a single camera. I ordered a second one at Home Depot. I lost money on that deal.
Question:	What is the power source for the cameras? Do you have to use batteries, plug it into an outlet or are they rechargeable
Answer:	They sell both, I purchased one of each.
Question:	What is a smart plug
Answer:	These cameras are not in any way battery powered. That’s def a mis-print or false info in the description. The cords are pretty long, but they will not work without being plugged in for power.
Question:	Does the camera pan
Answer:	9-10 feet I can’t quite tell without my tape measure lol
