Question:	Which tv system setting do i select in the setup menu? ntsc is used in the u.s. but it is not in the set up list
Answer:	I’ve had mine for almost three years now. Bought them in 2017 for my wedding in 2018, now I’m buying again. But I wear them for anything and everything, including work (retail). They’ve saved my feet on a few occasions while stocking. When they do get wet they dry out pretty quickly and your feet stay dry— personally I haven’t had any slips 🤷‍♀️

Answer:	They are made in China. Mine lasted less than a month before the foam had a slit and started growing in size. I've since purchased another slipper made by Adidas...much better quality and lasts longer with no problems. I've had it for many months now.

Answer:	The fastest I've gone is 23 mph, that was downhill on highest speed. SO FUN!! I think what the person might be referring to is the pedal assist. When you're on '5', the highest mode. It is zippy, but it's very easy to switch the power mode from 1 to 5, up or down, while riding. This bike is super fun, love it. If you're only getting up to 8 - 9 mph, you're doing something wrong.

Answer:	Battery contacts are on the bottom of battery and covered in battery holder on bike but I would not say its a 100% waterproof. I would say a light rain is no problem but I would not leave outside in rain or ride in heavy rain. Bike is fun to ride but just takes a little getting use to at first.
