Question:	This post is very misleading to me because the picture is black Bluetooth wireless but the reviews show and say that they are blue with a wire
Answer:	The device is a black Bluetooth earbud with ANC. It is not blue and does not have a wire.

Answer:	It does not have volume control due to the fact that it has a function to activate/deactivate Noise Cancelation when holding the touch pad.

Answer:	For me - and I may have a defective unit, the microphones are terrible. Callers have told me I am super quiet and muffled and sound like I am very far away.
Question:	I have small ears and most ear buds hurt after awhile. Do these come with different size buds? Or how do they fit small ears
Answer:	The bud tips it came with doesn’t fit my small ears. With constant movement they slip out no matter how much I try to wedge them in my ears, which hurts. After analyzing the buds it came with, they are significantly shorter than the ones on my beatsX which stopped working hence why I bought these. With a little stretching of the silicone buds, I placed the buds off my beatsX to these earbuds n they fit perfect in my ear now. However, now they don’t fit in the charging case. I use a hair tie to hold the lid down to charge 🤷🏻‍♀️

Question:	Are they comfortable? Will it hurt my ears after wearing them for a full day
Answer:	I have pretty small ears, as in I have to use the smallest earbud tips with nearly EVERY headphone I've ever used. I CANNOT use the Apple headphones/buds as they kill my ears in about 20 minutes. I've been wearing my Samsung buds with the smallest tips, and the no wing rubber bits and I can go a whole work day 9+ hours in complete comfort. If I'm doing something more busy than my regular office job or moderate pace walk with my dog, I can switch to the smaller of the two ear wings and wear them for a couple of hours comfortably.
Question:	I have a work phone and a personal phone. I need both connected at the same time. Can these earbuds connect to multiple phones

Question:	Dose this support voice assistance for google and siri
Answer:	Yes. The true wireless earbuds allows you to achieve true unlimited freedom，just take them out of the charging case and they’ll automatically connect to your paired device. With just finger touch, you can control music/volume/calls/ANC/voice assistant.
Question:	Do they fall off the ear easily
Answer:	After you get the headphones try on the different foam pads until you find a good fit. Once I found my fit I shook my head pretty violently and they didn't move. So I would say they don't fall out easily. I mowed, bent over. Jogged around the yard. Did various other tasks, and they stayed put. They stay in real good.
Question:	Can anc mode be set to default? or do i have to turn it on manually every time
Answer:	No it cannot be set by default. If you have ANC on and take them out of your ears and put them back in the case, the next time you put them in your ears and connect you will have to reactivate ANC each time. It does not return your last used mode but always returns to ANC off mode when reconnecting.

Answer:	Although this does not have an IP (Ingress Protection) rating, the earbuds could have a P2i coat or nanocoat that can protect against sweat, Sony is known for making products that aren't supposedly water/sweat resistant but have been able to stand sweat or water just fine. Another thing to possibly subdue any worries is that airpods do not have any water or sweat resistance either, but a lot of people work out in them and they survive just fine. Same with the last generation TW earbuds from sony, the WF-1000X, they were not water or sweat resistant at all either, but a lot of owners would exercise in them and there would be no problems. So no, sweating lightly or non-intensive workouts wont damage the buds. If you do want earbuds similar to these but want an IP rating on them, there are the WF-SP700N. They have noise cancelling too, but there are quite a few downsides with them.
