Answer:	After the newest update, Windows 10 will not support Image backups. This happen on 3 Win 10 computers. The error messages leads you to the fact Windows wants you to use 3rd party backup software. There are many free software programs that will do that, but you need an external drive. Not sure about the file backup in Windows 10, basically that's just a cop and paste program. The free image programs will backup folders too.

• Those formats can't be read by the player: HD / Blu-ray / MP4 / 5.1 Dolby sound. Furthermore, U-disk or SD card will not be able to read when the file is over 16GB. The resolution of the video should not be over 720*480/576, otherwise the player will also can't read it. Suggest you could use the Format Format to convert the resolution at first.
• Please believe that the most similar players in the market also can't support those. We just want to be honest to let our customers know more about our player and have a great purchase experience with it.

4. Picture Quality

The resolution of the player is 480P. The brightness of the screen is adjustable by SETUP button. And just feel free to let us know if you found any issues with your screen.

5. Sound Quality

Player has great sound quality. The volume can be adjusted to 20. One of the most likely reasons why the sound is too small is the problem with the disc. So it is recommended to try other discs.

6. Charge

Wall charger and car charger allow you to charge the player at your house and your car travel time. Please charge the player if you find it can't be turned on. If the player still can't work even though it is full of charge, just feel free to let us know and we'll send you a software app to update the player, then the item may become to normal again. The software also could be used when your screen become black.

Answer:	After dealing with an HP inkjet fax in my restaurant that kept jamming and having dried up ink from, I decided I needed a compact laser that would fit in the allocated area.This fit the bill, except that it was white and every other piece of equipment in the area was black.Once I unboxed the unit, I used masking tape to cover the black areas and any open electronics. Using a simple flat black can of spray paint, I was able to make it all black. Nobody can tell it was painted even when I point it out to them. First problem fixed.I have had the unit for about 7 months and it has performed flawlessly. It even uses the same toner as a wireless Brother printer I have which is a bonus as well. This past week of course, I encountered the DEEP SLEEP curse that so many people speak of. The machine will do half a ring and act weird, but will not receive faxes. After some research and playing around, there is a solution, even though Brother has decided to hide the feature.You ARE able to disable DEEP SLEEP.Go to General Settings, Ecology, Sleep Mode. When it asks you to change the time before sleep, simultaneously press the START and DOWN ARROW buttons. You will now get the hidden option to Disable DEEP SLEEP mode. Disable it and enjoy your fax for many years to come.

3. Format File Support

• Those formats could be read by the player -- Disc formats: CD, DVD, DVD + R / -R, DVD + RW / -RW, VCD, SVCD, CD-R / RW; Video formats: VOB, AVI, FLV , SWF, MPEG 1, MPEG 2, XVID; Audio Formats: MP3, WMA; Picture Formats: JPEG GIF BMP; Game Format: NES; Text Format: TXT.
• Those formats can't be read by the player: HD/Blu-ray/MP4/5.1 Dolby sound. Furthermore, U-disk or SD card will not be able to read when the file is over 16GB. The resolution of the video should not be over 720*480/576, otherwise the player will also can't read it. Suggest you could use the Format Format to convert the resolution at first.
• Please believe that the most similar players in the market also can't support those. We just want to be honest to let our customers know more about our player and have a great purchase experience with it.

4. Picture Quality

The resolution of the player is 480P. The brightness of the screen is adjustable by SETUP button. And just feel free to let us know if you found any issues with your screen.

5. Sound Quality

Player has great sound quality. The volume can be adjusted to 20. One of the most likely reasons why the sound is too small is the problem with the disc. So it is recommended to try other discs.

6. Charge

Wall charger and car charger allow you to charge the player at your house and your car travel time. Please charge the player if you find it can't be turned on. If the player still can't work even though it is full of charge, just feel free to let us know and we'll send you a software app to update the player, then the item may become to normal again. The software also could be used when your screen become black.

Answer:	Yes, that’s how I have mine. We have the one with the DVD player attached to the front passenger headrest for the forwarding facing child. We ran the cords thru the grip handle above the Rear , passenger door across the ceiling to the other side Through the grip handle above the door behind the driver seat. Then plug in the unit for the rear facing child. The rear facing unit is attached to the rear seat, headrest on the drivers side. I have a Dodge Journey.
