Answer:	My Windows 10 recognized the player on my D: drive, and I dropped and dragged converted mp3 songs from my I-Tunes library onto the drive.

Answer:	Hello, It takes 2Hours to full charge. When you plug in, the middle and right LED is flash. After full charge, the right LED turns solid. These are designed very much like earplugs. To correctly wear them, begin by pulling on the top of the ear by reaching over your head with the opposite hand in order to open the ear canal. Slowly twist the earbud as you insert it and fit the headphones down onto your ear. Once inserted, you should be able to gently pull on the headphones and feel that it will not come out.

Fin Tips

Fin tips feature watertight fit without fitting so deeply into the ear canal. Fins fit the largest range of ear sizes and seal snugly against water. Fin earbud tips are good for water sports, such as surfing and water aerobics.

These are molded to fit the contour of your ear in order to prevent water from entering. Due to this difference in design, it is important to note that these will fit and feel different from the Tree earbuds. When attaching the earbuds onto the headphones and when inserting them into your ears, it is important to make sure that the Fins point straight up. This allows the earbuds to best conform to the contours of your ears creating the water-tight seal. As you insert the earbuds, be sure to smooth the fin so that it fits correctly into the ear cavity. Additionally, the use of a mirror can greatly aid in this process if it proves difficult to properly insert the headphones by touch alone.

Ergo Tips

Ergos smooth to the contours of the ear without going deeply into the ear canal. With less sound isolation, Ergo earbud tips are a great fit for biking and water-adjacent activities. Ergos provide a comfortable and ergonomic fit for many sports.

Similar to the Fins earbuds, the Ergos are designed to fit along the contours of your ear. In the same way, it is important the the fins of the Ergos point upward as well. The process of inserting the earbuds into your ear is the same as with the Fins earbuds. Gently insert them and smooth them out inside your ear cavity in order to achieve the best result.

Round or Mushroom Tips

A conventional style for conventional use! Rounds fit most ears and are a great option for everyday activities. Comfortable round earbud tips may not create a watertight seal but work beautifully out of the water.

These are attached and inserted into the ear just like normal earbuds. Insert the headphones into your ear and gently press to secure a proper fit.

Answer:	I own one and it DOES play flac :)
Question:	Will this support a 32gb or 64gb microsdhc card
Answer:	It's a SDHC device, so theoretically, 32 GB is the max. However, if you can reformat the microSD card to FAT32 from exFAT, larger cards will work. I use a 512 GB card for my Audible library.
Question:	Can you lock this one so you don't accidentally push a button
Answer:	Press and hold the back button (not left/previous). A closed padlock will appear. Press and hold again and an open padlock will appear.(This is actually an undocumented feature. I found it accidentally.)
Question:	when playing audio books does it remember where you left off last
Answer:	This isn't an answer to the question, but it's very pertinent to audio books: I was initially very frustrated because it didn't play the files of a book in the correct order. After upgrading to the latest firmware (very easy once I thought of it), files play in the correct order. Also if your using MP3 files like I do (rather than using audible), you probably want to create a top level folder named Audiobooks so the play recognizes this is a book rather than music.
