Answer:	The one I bought via Amazon had a small black square case inside the box. In that case are three replacement nibs in varying degrees of stiffness.

Answer:	Don’t think this pen would on iPad anything. It’s a windows stylus. At least it doesn’t on any of my iPads.

Answer:	I have yet to find a suitable case/sleeve. I bought genuine Lenovo 13" UltraSlim Laptop sleeve, too rigid and the X1 tablet does not fit (fits tablet only but too big). Also bought Valkit Surface Pro3 sleeve, this one is more flexible but height half an inch too long. I'm interested to know what others are using but this tablet may be meant to be used without a case.

Answer:	The holes are required by our Safety Standard BS 7272 to prevent suffocation. If the cap is swallowed, the airway will not close off due to the holes. In regard to drying out, the holes are outside of the sealable cover so air will not touch the nib when the cap is on.
