Answer:	I have yet to find a usable link to a firmware download for this player, even though I've had two of these players. Their website is just about worthless from a support standpoint. If your player is having problems, chances are that it's not a firmware issue. I can tell you that I gave up on my player the second go round because it turns out to not be durable at all, eventually failing for no good reason. I would like this player better if it didn't just fail out of the blue.

Answer:	I've always used it with batteries. However, I did purchase the Zoom Accessory Pack for the H2n Portable Recorder which includes among other things an AC power adapter. Available at Amazon for $29.25.

Answer:	This is done in post. You have several options: 1) Use an audio/video sync app. Red Giant's Plural Eyes 4, is what I use and it is SUPER easy to use 2) Use your video editing app if it supports it. Adobe Premiere will do this sync, but not quite as good as Plural Eyes 3) Do a "Clap" at the beginning of each clip when recording, and manually sync them yourself where you see the large peak from the clap hope this helps

Answer:	If you attach a 2nd mic to filter background noise you will get excellent quality sound. By itself it's pretty good but, it will pick up any background noise so just don't podcast where there is a lot of that.

Answer:	I like this little radio so much I bought it again after I misplaced the 1st one. It tunes in very well. Receives our 1000 watt, university station (88.3). My only beef is the bottom is so slim it struggles to stand upright if the music has a lot of bass. Certainly not a deal breaker. Love this little radio.

Answer:	I just sat here and did it personally before answering. Yes, you absolutely can play the radio, or MP3s while charging. When connected to a charge cable, the "charging" icon appears. Press the "mode" button to turn on the radio. If you have a TF/SD card installed with MP3s. it will default to that mode and begin playing. Press the FM/AM button to switch to the band you want, or the SW button to play shortwave bands. The "charging" indicator continues to show it's charging the entire time. And yes, also you can connect the power cable and play the radio with no battery in it, although it says in the manual not to. Not really sure how it cold hurt the radio to do so???

Answer:	You simply turn the switch on and wait until the light turns blue and you are recording. Every time you turn the unit off and back on again it starts a new folder. To remove the information from the recorder you simply plug the male end of the recorder into a computer and place the information where ever you want it (ie. on an SD card, a CD etc). You may have to turn a "wav" download into an MP3 if it's music. I record Jam sessions lasting 3 hours and I have to change the format from WAV to MP3 and then burn a CD data disc.

Answer:	It will record if not attached to a computer but in order to play back it either has to be connected to something that will read "wav format" or you need to convert the wav to mp3. Most of the new vehicles has a usb connection and will play mp3. Some of them will read the wav but if it don't play it has to be converted. Answer:	Just a note about recording into a dslr: the bitrate and sample rate you set on the zoom doesn't affect the bitrate and sample rate recorded onto the dslr file. Your dslr always determines the bitrate and sample rate. (IE: for most Canon's that's 44khz/16 bit). The audio quality from the zoom will be better than your on-camera mic simply because the microphone itself is higher quality, but don't expect to be recording 96khz/24 bit audio straight into your dslr's .mov files!

Answer:	Sure thing. I use mine as a primary aiduo recorder for my Nikon D5300. I use the sound from the camera as areference track and then stnc the wave file from the Zoom to the video using Final Cut X. Works perfect with much better sound quality.

Answer:	You get roughly 12 hours on the 2GB micro SD card included, in MP3 320kbps. Quality is excellent. If you want WAV format your looking at about 2.5 hours with the stock card. Larger cards are cheap though so it's upgradable.
