To start the screw back in, you need to insert the tip into its hole and jiggle/force the back into place then tighten the screw. Otherwise you will not get it started. The screw needs to be at least 1/8th inch shorter than it is.

Answer:	Mark, it is 8.5" Wide, 10.25" Deep, and 4" Tall - It is quite compact. I use it without the speakers also - I instead use it to drive some outdoor Bose speakers I have on my patio. If you plan to use it with Bluetooth, it works great! And it re-connects back to my iPhone, when I simply turn it on. I don't have to go to bluetooth settings on my phone which is great.

Answer:	Not "as is", you would have to splice your ceiling speaker wires to the connectors on the Toshiba speaker wires since they are needed to connect to the system--it uses a connector I've not seen before, but if you or someone you know are capable of spicing wires correctly (soldering would be best for sound quality and permanency) it would be possible to make it work.
