Answer:	I just received my order of this purchase this week (on time). It stated it was was sold and shipped by Amazon. The expiration date on the bag states 01/2019. The manufacturer states that the product is good for approximately 50 weeks from manufacturer date and the expiration is listed on the bag. If you needed it beyond the expiration date you could freeze on arrival though it would probably impact the quality.

Inflate six balloons, tie closed, and tie a short ribbon to each balloon. Combine the flour and water in a bowl. Place half the newspaper pieces in the flour-water mixture until thoroughly soaked.

Cover each balloon with a layer of soaked newspaper. Hang the balloons up from the ribbons until the newspaper layer is dry. While they dry, soak the remaining newspaper pieces. Cover each balloon in a second layer of soaked newspaper. Hang the balloons and let them dry overnight.

Use scissors to poke a hole near each balloon's knot. Deflate and remove the balloon from the pinata. Cut the crepe paper into strips. Cut a fringe on the bottom of each crepe paper strip. Use the glue to attach the crepe paper strips around each pinata, layering the strips over each other to completely cover the newspaper.

Step 4:

1. Put all of the candy in the middle of the table or on the floor and have people sit in a circle around them.
2. One person rolls the dice. If they roll a 7 or 11, they get to pick a candy from the middle of the circle or steal a candy from someone else who has already picked one.
