Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.

Answer:	I’ve used these for two years: running, lifting, cardio workouts, etc and staying in has never been a problem. And I sweat a lot during running and I’ve had no problems.
Question:	What to do when running and not listening to them? Do they just hang around a neck and bounce? Can't they fall off
Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Answer:	Usually, the laptop would have a Blue Tooth Driver, if your laptop does not have, you could open the Google first, and search "your computer brand +your computer model number+Blue Tooth Driver ". Answer:	Turn on the earbuds and the Bluetooth function on your device and search for “T12”. When it shows “connected” it means it is connected successfully. After connecting it for the first time the earbuds will automatically connect next time. If earbuds are out of range from your device you may have to redo this process.

Answer:	You can solve this problem by resetting the Bluetooth earbuds. Question:	Should red lights stay on whole time when the earbuds in pod
Answer:	From what I've experienced, they only stay red until fully charged in pod.
Question:	I cannot use them in stereo mode: it does not sync as the instructions in the manual describes. the product is not listed in the company's website
Answer:	I was having the same problem until I put them back in the case, left them there for 2-3 seconds. I take them out together and hold one in each hand about 2-3 inches apart and wait for the lights to change color a couple of times (see manual (it's a little confusing what it says in the manual so I just wait until it seems like the color changes have gone through their cycle)). They won't reset to stereo if you already have them in your ears and think that turning both off and back on will work. They may change to stereo after you put them in your ears but I have had better success at holding them near each other once out of the charging case and before putting them in my ears.
Question:	If i lost an earbud how can i find it
Answer:	Okay, so the answer I’m about to give might sound a little strange. They way I find my lost earbuds is that I find a bass boosted/ ear r*ape video, crank it up to full volume, and just listen for the earbud. You’ll have to put the other earbud away to use this method
