Answer:	I'm not sure what you are referring to regarding the Bluetooth getting loose, but both the Bluetooth and volume work perfectly on mine.

Answer:	Yes, the T12 have the same issue. To solve this issue get the T10. I own both the T10 and T12, and the T10 work perfectly for showering or working out in humid environments.
Question:	Has anyone experienced the sound going up or down on it's own
Answer:	Yes. I just got mine yesterday and put them on. About 10 min later, the volume starts going up and down, and they're in my ears, so I'm not touching them. They also skip music forward and backward. Then this morning, after only wearing them for a couple of hours last night, same thing happens. I disconnected from the bluetooth, and when I reconnected, only one would reconnect. The other bud is not working at all.... I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD THEM 24 HOURS. I don't have time for this crap. If I can't get a quick fix in the next hour, I'll return them. Fifty bucks is a lot of money to pay for junk.

Answer:	There is NO mic on these headphones, built-in or otherwise. Since I do not use these headphones with my phone, I can not say IF the volume control works on them either. When I have these plugged-in to my TV/computer monitor, I use a "mini pre-amp" to control the volume. Hope this helps...

Answer:	I understand your concern, Mike. I also don't want to cook with aluminum which is why I've have chosen stainless steel to cook with. The Cooks Standard Classic has bonded steel which "sandwiches" the aluminum between layers of stainless. The aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat and the stainless is a perfect surface on which the food comes in contact with and cooks, depending on the skill of the cook, to perfection. It's the best of both worlds. I've used this pot to make delicious soups, to cook pasta, and although I've only had it a short time, I anticipate making many other delicious meals with it. I don't think you can go wrong here, and if I were you, I'd get some "Bar Keepers Friend" which you can find in the grocery store or hardware store, to keep it shiny and sparkling and looking like new. Question:	Can you use both the left and right buds independently of each other
Answer:	Unfortunately, it's not a "slim" jack. I had to remove my case to use the headphones. I ended up using a different case (Spigen) that didn't cover the area around the 3.5mm jack. I think the headphones look and sound great. However, the jack—which is larger than that on the default Apple buds—was the biggest complaint I had. That said, it may or may not be an issue for you, depending on the case you have.
Question:	How many devices can this be paired to at once? Can it be simultaneously connected to two at a time

Answer:	It is odd that the plug employed has the four divisions, just like the ones used with microphones. It is also odd that in the illustration, they show what appears to be a microphone, but it is the 'splitter', instead. Why would they use the more expensive plug if there is no microphone? Showing the 'splitter' and letting one believe it is a microphone is deceptive, IMHO.

Answer:	Although this does not have an IP (Ingress Protection) rating, the earbuds could have a P2i coat or nanocoat that can protect against sweat, Sony is known for making products that aren't supposedly water/sweat resistant but have been able to stand sweat or water just fine. Another thing to possibly subdue any worries is that airpods do not have any water or sweat resistance either, but a lot of people work out in them and they survive just fine. Same with the last generation TW earbuds from sony, the WF-1000X, they were not water or sweat resistant at all either, but a lot of owners would exercise in them and there would be no problems. So no, sweating lightly or non-intensive workouts wont damage the buds. If you do want earbuds similar to these but want an IP rating on them, there are the WF-SP700N. They have noise cancelling too, but there are quite a few downsides with them.
