Answer:	I got this headset at the beginning of the year, and have been using it on 2 phones constantly since then (iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5). When I first got the device, the voice quality was great, and the noise-cancelling superb.Unfortunately, after a few weeks, folks started telling me my voice was static-ish, and the quality of what I was hearing was deteriorating, too.It has reached a point where the headset is totally unusable for me now. I am disappointed, as I am a huge Plantronics fan, and over the years have outfitted folks in my company with SAVI units, etc.I will be contacting Plantronics about this, and will post more info.

Answer:	No; the magnetic cradle is the only charging method available. There is no micro-USB port on the headset.

Answer:	as torresjose77 stated that's the only technical difference. My father in law has the voyager hd and he REALLY likes it, when i talk to him (while hes on his voyager hd) he sounds extremely clear and there are no other noises in the background. the voyager legend has sound equalizer which means it'll lower background noise so only the caller will be heard . I returned the legend only because when I;m in San Francisco the caller and i sound like robots and cuts in and out as if left my phone 30 plus feet away from the Bluetooth, I'm currently using the Plantronics M50 and works perfect! i really wish that the legend performed the same, sadly it didn't. save the extra money and get the voyager hd as it performs the same and you can still use a micro usb to charge it.
Question:	What is frustration free packaging
Answer:	Be careful purchasing this product without the original packaging - there are many, many online sellers who resell these units - they are subject to failure over a period of time. I think the V Legend is amazing - but after owning 5 of the over the years and having every single one fail after a year or so I'm moving to the 5200 hopefully with better results. For $100 a pop these really should have a longer lifespan. The only reason I keep buying them is because they really are the best phone headset/mic out there nothing else really compares. Again my advice is to only buy in new factory packaging, the high failure rate on this model means there are duds out there that people are reselling as "new" - I've fallen for the ruse myself when trying to find a cost effective way to replace the unit.

Answer:	Bogus. The over-ear sucks. That sharp plastic digs into your ear. They need to redesign the plastic piece and make it round, rather than a sharp piece of plastic with a piece of foam over it (that you will lose). I would prefer to be able to style my hair, but I have resorted to the headband.

Answer:	You don't need a handset lifter if your phone has a "headset" button (I am using Cortelco-2700 phone which does have such a button). However, as mentioned by other respondents, you still have to be near the phone to be able to press this button. If you want to buy another degree of freedom, you can buy an Electronic Hook Switch Cable (EHS Cable) which, however will cost you another $80 or so. I was not able to find the cable certified for Cortelco phones, though. I hope this will help.
