Answer:	The sound is good if you are listening to music. Incoming calls are fine also. Talking to someone is not so good. I usually switch to phone to talk, especially if I'm in a noisy place or want the conversation to not be overheard. The device is very comfortable, so you may prefer the trade off if you are using it primarily for media (work at a job where I can only use one earbud for safety reasons).

Answer:	Make sure Bluetooth on device is on. Put in ear. Click and hold the button until the earpiece says "power on" (keep holding) and it should follow up with "pairing to device" or something similar. Then search device on your phone and pair.

Answer:	I am not clear as to whether you are asking about the part that inserts into the ear or the part on the outside of the ear. I will answer both. For the inside, I would guess you could use other covering for comfort inserting in the ear; however it comes with 3. At least 1 is smaller, the other may be a little bit larger or the same size as the one as it comes. For the outside clip over the ear - it is fixed and is positional so it can fit comfortably on the ear. Best wishes.

Answer:	No. I have small ears and have tried all three sizes of the included ear buds, and with the ear loop extended and unextended, but cannot get a snug fit. Using the smallest, I can sometimes get it to stay put for a while after much pulling and twisting to get it in, but usually it just pops out and rests loosely on the outer surface of my ear.

Answer:	I got this headset at the beginning of the year, and have been using it on 2 phones constantly since then (iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5). When I first got the device, the voice quality was great, and the noise-cancelling superb.Unfortunately, after a few weeks, folks started telling me my voice was static-ish, and the quality of what I was hearing was deteriorating, too.It has reached a point where the headset is totally unusable for me now. I am disappointed, as I am a huge Plantronics fan, and over the years have outfitted folks in my company with SAVI units, etc.I will be contacting Plantronics about this, and will post more info.

Answer:	as torresjose77 stated that's the only technical difference. My father in law has the voyager hd and he REALLY likes it, when i talk to him (while hes on his voyager hd) he sounds extremely clear and there are no other noises in the background. the voyager legend has sound equalizer which means it'll lower background noise so only the caller will be heard . I returned the legend only because when I;m in San Francisco the caller and i sound like robots and cuts in and out as if left my phone 30 plus feet away from the Bluetooth, I'm currently using the Plantronics M50 and works perfect! i really wish that the legend performed the same, sadly it didn't. save the extra money and get the voyager hd as it performs the same and you can still use a micro usb to charge it.
Question:	What is frustration free packaging
Answer:	Be careful purchasing this product without the original packaging - there are many, many online sellers who resell these units - they are subject to failure over a period of time. I think the V Legend is amazing - but after owning 5 of the over the years and having every single one fail after a year or so I'm moving to the 5200 hopefully with better results. For $100 a pop these really should have a longer lifespan. The only reason I keep buying them is because they really are the best phone headset/mic out there nothing else really compares. Again my advice is to only buy in new factory packaging, the high failure rate on this model means there are duds out there that people are reselling as "new" - I've fallen for the ruse myself when trying to find a cost effective way to replace the unit.

Answer:	The microphone quality is clear. When it stays connected. I’ve been using the headset for my zoom meetings as part of WFH. It’s great for the first half hour and then the mic stops connecting to the computer. Super inconvenient. But again, great when it works

Answer:	It works incredibly well with my laptop and my cell phone,either one. I use it all the time for webinars, Skype, Zoom,Teams etc!
