Answer:	These should work with any tablet!! I recommend deleting the model from Bluetooth list on the new iPad and trying again. Also, do you happen to have another Bluetooth headset to try with iPad Pro? Sometimes turning off and on Bluetooth on iPad helps.

Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Answer:	I use it with my IPhone. Assuming your Mac air has Bluetooth (I believe it does) it should work just fine. I’ve been very pleased with mine btw.

Answer:	2 more specifically answer your question about low volume headphones Colin these are headphones that do have a high end and the low end with a great distance between them so you do get a lot of variety between the low volume and the high volume. Whereas the high volume does give you a lot of bass I found that the travel tended this grounded out a little bit Tama and the low end volume was quite clear without distorting or masking any sounds either. Over all I thought it was a decent attempt at a good Bluetooth headset with modern Bluetooth technology. I give it 4 out of 5 stars

Question:	Can they be used in water
Answer:	According to the company, the IPX7 waterproof rating means they dunked the headphones briefly in water. They are NOT meant for submission in water (which is why i bought them, to save my $199 Beats, which are MORE water resistant than these are.) The quality is good (but not $199 good, of course) and while the packaging was impressive (3 ear tip types, a car charger, a lightning charger (which I could not get to work with the headphones,) a small 1' USB micro charger, and a carrying case, in a hard box similar to an Apple product) I cannot rate this product higher than a 1, since it did not fulfill the function I thought I was purchasing it for. If I just wanted headphones, I'd totally be down with these - but since they claimed they are waterproof and came up under the #swimming tag, I have to rate them 1. :-( BTW, I contacted them with the question, are these waterproof? and they responded with the above information. I am sorry i couldn't give them a higher rating, because their customer service was also awesome. I sent mine back because they were *not* waterproof for swimming, that's the only reason.
