Question:	Can these earbuds be used individually
Answer:	How do I get Amazon to answer this question. I just received this (a gift for my 6 year old granddaughter). I paid extra for the frustration free packaging, and I don't think I got it.

Answer:	This was the model my daughter asked us to buy for our 4yr. old and 6 yr. old grandsons. Personally, I think the larger wheels are safer when going over cracks and bumps. They don't come to an abrupt halt throwing the child off balance. My daughter is very careful about her research before telling me which toy to buy!

Answer:	My opinion is that it would be too heavy for a 3 year old to haul around. It is very well made with welded, all aluminum, but it weights somewhere around 12 pounds. They are cheap enough that I would get a lighter one for now.

Answer:	I'm not sure what you are referring to regarding the Bluetooth getting loose, but both the Bluetooth and volume work perfectly on mine.

Answer:	Yes, the T12 have the same issue. To solve this issue get the T10. I own both the T10 and T12, and the T10 work perfectly for showering or working out in humid environments.
Question:	Has anyone experienced the sound going up or down on it's own
Answer:	Yes. I just got mine yesterday and put them on. About 10 min later, the volume starts going up and down, and they're in my ears, so I'm not touching them. They also skip music forward and backward. Then this morning, after only wearing them for a couple of hours last night, same thing happens. I disconnected from the bluetooth, and when I reconnected, only one would reconnect. The other bud is not working at all.... I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD THEM 24 HOURS. I don't have time for this crap. If I can't get a quick fix in the next hour, I'll return them. Fifty bucks is a lot of money to pay for junk.

Answer:	I learned that if you touch the left speaker where the light is the volume lowers and if you touch the right side by the light it will increase volume.
