Where you see it narrow just beyond mid-way down the mat...this is about 1 ft, 10in wide & then where the holes are it widens back out to about 2ft, 8in. Also, the end of the mat where the holes are...it's 1 to 2 inches thick to allow for hole depth. Hope that helps!
