Question:	Can you listen to one earbud while the other charges
Answer:	Only one can do that. The right earbud can be used by itself, however the left can not be used by itself, it relies on the right earbud. I asked tech support on Soundcore's website prior to purchasing. This is a critical part of my needs, so I won't buy until they release a product where both earbuds can be used independently of each other while the other charges.

Answer:	1. Delete "SoundCore Liberty Air" from your device's Bluetooth list, and turn off the Bluetooth on your device. 2. Place one earbud in the charging case and make sure it's charging The LED indicator will be solid white. 3. Tap and hold the multifunction touchpad of the earbud (currently in the charging case)for 7 seconds until the LED indicator flashed 3 times. This clears the paring information. 4. Put the other earbud in the charging case and repeat Step 3. 5. After the pairing information is cleared, take both earbuds out of the charging case and place them next to each other. If pairing is successful the LED indicator on the left earbud will start flashing slowly and the LED indicator on the right earbud will flash rapidly. 6. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for "SoundCore Liberty Air" to connect.

Answer:	There is NO mic on these headphones, built-in or otherwise. Since I do not use these headphones with my phone, I can not say IF the volume control works on them either. When I have these plugged-in to my TV/computer monitor, I use a "mini pre-amp" to control the volume. Hope this helps...
