Answer:	Yes, you can purchase, “ Premium Service “, which is about $30.00/ year.( I do have it). You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.
Question:	Can I use the tile to locate the septic tank in a home
Answer:	Hello there, That's a great question and definitely a rare one! Now locating the septic tank could be a bit tricky. A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.

Answer:	Don't know anything about that guitar, but it should wor as long as it had holes for tuners that are 10mm diameter, and there are 3 of them on each side of the headstock, like in the product pic.
Question:	What's the difference between the 4 pack & 4 pack combo
Answer:	These are really the same shape just face opposite directions. When you skrew each in, use the existing screw hole. Three pegs are designed for the lower pitched strings, the other three for higher pitched strings. All are the same shape and size. On my guitar the finished result each tuning peg was tilted slightly forward but easy to turn and tune.
Question:	Can you attach to your car
Answer:	They are mostly metal - all the chromed parts, likely an appropriate Zamac for the job at hand and they have the usual weight to them. There is a clearish nylon bushing/washer between the turning head and the body. Can't see the gears, but they are probably a bronze/brass alloy: they feel like it based on my experience. AFAIK: these are an example of precision manufacturing techniques at a volume scale that gets the cost down on a quality product.

Here is how to do it:Step 1. Ground the light green parking brake wire in the wire harness.Step 2. Apply power to the unit and push main menu button (This button is in the center of the control panel)Step 3. Push "AV icon" (located on the touch screen, bottom center-right area of the screen)Step 4. On the AV icon screen push "Off" button (located on the touchscreen, towards the bottom left area of the screen)Step 5. Press and hold the very bottom left corner of the touch screen for 10 seconds until you hear a beep and a small "set on" icon will appear that confirms the bypass is complete. Answer:	Mine came with a 1909 S-VDB penny with some wheat-looking picture on it. Even though it still looked new, I sent it back because I wanted a newer model and they sent me a 2016 penny instead - no questions asked. Kudos to them for their great customer service.

Answer:	Sorry, that is not how the product works. Your cat has to be within 300 feet of someone with the Pawscout App to track his whereabouts.
Question:	Will this send the gps coordinates to my phone or can I use my phone to get the gps coordinates at time intervals
Answer:	Please keep in mind that Pawscout is not GPS. Please read our description carefully to make sure you understand how it works. You will be able to see your pet’s approximate location on the map in the app as long as you or someone with the Pawscout App is within 300 feet of your pet.
Question:	If my cat got out of range and I began walking would the app let me know when he comes back into range
Answer:	Yes, when you are in range of your pet it will show on a map. I have it on both my dog, and cat. The only real thing I dislike it the batteries seem to go dead a little fast. They do give you a few extra ones.
Question:	Can the app be used on multiple phones? If I am not home and my wife is can she track the Dog
Answer:	Absolutely! After you set up your tag on your phone, you should invite your wife, children, neighbors and friends to become guardians. Regardless, you can always track your pet as long as he/she is within 309 feet of anyone with the app.

Question:	Someone said you have to leave Bluetooth on and it drains battery, but can you not just turn the blue tooth on once you realize the keys are lost
Answer:	You can turn the Bluetooth on once your keys are misplaced. If you leave the keys back at restaurant and you are now at home you will not be able to connect and will not be able to see that they are back at the restaurant. If you leave your Bluetooth on then once the Cube disconnects from Bluetooth it will drop a pin on the map to let you know where you left them.
Question:	Would this be slim enough to put in a men's wallet? Do you think it would hold up to being 'sat on' all day
Answer:	Yes. I think it will fit a mans wallet and will withstand the sitting. It’s pretty sturdy but I had only used it on key chains.
Question:	Is it waterproof
Answer:	No. Maybe splashproof at best. Used it on my dog and whenever he would get it wet it would go off continuously. 2 small speaker holes let water it and traps it.
Question:	What is the range
Answer:	These are new to me and Im comparing them to my past experience with Tile. My initial observation is that Tile has a greater range than CUBE and the Tile AP is better and has a greater ability to hone in from long distances. My Tile AP was honing in on a lost item much further away than the CUBE. All of those things being said, I find that the Tile devices not having replaceable batteries incredibly annoying and thus, too expensive to replace on an ongoing basis. So based on that alone, Im going to try to stick with CUBE a bit longer even though I prefer Tile.

Answer:	No, Cat Tailer was designed in the USA by Ambystoma Labs and the printed circuit board assembly is built in New Hampshire. Final assembly, programming and testing of Cat Tailer is done at our office in Massachusetts. Like all electronic devices we do have to source parts globally so some components are made in China and other countries.

Answer:	It may not be too heavy, but pls consider how a loud, high frequency sound is going to affect a small cat. Especially a kitten that is probably still in its developmental phase. Young cats and dogs (and other critters) can be negatively impacted by repeated exposure to loud noise and other stressors for the rest of their lives.
