Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.

You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.

A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

Answer:	Yes you can do both. To change the name of he point you simply go into your list of points, swipe left of the point you want to rename and in point settings change the name. Your pixie points should have also come with extra adhesoves so just remove it from your remote, apply a new adhesive and stick in on your new item.

Answer:	Pixie App does have a Last Seen feature. Last Seen represents the last time the App was in connection with the Pixie Point listed. When the Pixie App is open and in the foreground, and connected to that Point it collects the nearest address using the Location Services of your iPhone. Answer:	I suppose if you have a baby that puts everything in his/her mouth and bit off a piece (they are only foam after all but tough firm foam) then it could be a choking hazard. I started buying these for my grandson when he was one year old and never worried about them being a choking hazard. As time went on, I bought additional sets so he could start spelling words out (he is only 21 months now). He has known his entire alphabet and his numbers for many months and I attribute a lot of that to these letters and numbers. We do not use them in the bathtub but rather as an educational tool. He loves them, plays with them daily.
