Answer:	The bottom is 2 3/8 inches long and the top is slightly shorter at 2 1/4 inches long.

Answer:	I bought one for the surface pro 4 and it barely holds the weight. And that's without a case. I have the tightening screw as tight as I can get it and it doesn't hold it very well. As long as you don't move it around too much or bump it, then it stays for the most part. If I knew this beforehand, then I probably wouldn't have gotten it.

Answer:	Yes, it easily rotates.

Answer:	I imagine you could mount it to the armrest. It's pretty sturdy, even with the iPad Pro. The hex bolt near the iPad can be tightened to support more weight. We use 7 of them in a restaurant setting. Works well.

Answer:	Thank you for asking! The holder can accommodate tablets up to 14.375 inches diagonally, and up to 0.5 inches thick. Your 13.3 inch tablet will be fine, as long as it is thinner than 0.5 inches.
